[name removed] gave us a wonderful tour following COVID-19 guidelines. All of our questions were answered sufficiently. He made us feel that we were the most important family at the facility. What is great about Henrietta’s Leven Oaks is the current visiting rules: outside with masks and social distancing. The facility is clean and we were even able to see the room my mom would occupy via Skype. The care of the resident resonated throughout our tour. Good “stuff!!”Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
I chose this community because medication management was included. Also, I liked the environment because it is a historical building. It has a big yard with a lot of fruit trees and flowers. The caregivers are excellent and very caring. They really like my loved one and they take good care of my loved one. The only issue I have had is in the change over of executive staff which caused additional turnover and affected the staffs and residents stability.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
We have nothing but good things to say about this community, they are keeping COVID under control and our loved one is very happy there. When we were able to visit the community it was clean, and the staff is very sweet and caring. The nurse there is great, she always responds back to us in a timely manner and the administration is fantastic.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
