Not What It Was
I moved into Friends Village in 2019. In the four years I was there I saw the prices go up and the services go down. The powers that be cry poor whenever the residents request improvements, but they can install directional signs and a wifi network.

For being under COVID 19, it has been a very good experience
We chose this facility because I thought it would fit my brother-in-laws personality better. He is in a community where there are 3 or 4 suites, almost like a motel set-up. He has a dog so he is able to go out the front or back door, its more private and personal. His cottage is good sized, it has a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchenette, we are happy with the size. He is entitled to one meal a day, and he has not had any complaints about the food. I would definitely recommend Friends Village. I could not ask for anything better for him.

Friends Villiage Newtown PA Review
Friends Village Newtown, PA has been a very positive move for my parents. The staff and other residents are friendly and kind. Their unit is very spacious and clean. Lots of windows make it light and airy. My senior advisor was very helpful from start to finish. Thank you [Removed].

I am happy. with the care that my father is receiving here. the staff is very helpful and attentive to his needs. He is offered to alot of activites to choose from. This is a small community for the residents. They pay close attention to the residents to make sure that they are ok in there own apartments. It is a comfortable enviroment for him. I highly recommend other families to this community for the care and value.

A Place for Mom has scored Friends Village, Styer Campus 2 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score.
