Assisted living can offer you more lifestyle choices at a time when it feels like you are losing some of your independence. Assisted living does just what the name suggests -- it "assists" you in living the life you have always enjoyed. Our suites have all the comforts of home, but with the additional help of a staff that includes a dietitian, a medication aide, an activity coordinator, and housekeeping and maintenance employees.
And here's good news -- You can enjoy the independence of assisted living along with the benefit of having nursing home services if you need them. Our nursing home is located nearby. If you ever have to enter the nursing home for treatment, you can move right back into your assisted living suite after recovery. Having closely connected buildings like this makes it possible for you to comfortably "age in place."
Total monthly costs depend on room type, select services, and the level of care needed.

Very clean quant facility. The staff is very helpful and compassionate, understanding circumstances for our needs. Lots of activities and interactions with the other residence. We were able to talk with family members that were visiting and they have nothing but great things to say about FAL-Chateau. My sister was very interested and the nurses and staff are very knowledgeable and the length of time they have worked there. The staff really cares and gets to know and understand each resident and their families. very personal one on one attention. I feel at ease and comfortable with the care and attention my sister will get.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
Fredericksburg is a smaller community, with approximately 11 residents. For the price it is a nice place, and I have already told people about this community. The location is good, and the grounds are well kept. We have been able to have window visits, and now we are able to have outside visits. The cooks are pretty good here according to my loved one. Due to the pandemic there hasn't been a lot of activities. They are doing a little bit of bingo, and card games; the nurses come in and engage with my loved one in activities.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
They have been following the COVID regulations. The community isn't allowing visitors indoors. They do allow scheduled window visits outside. They did have activities prior to COVID. Prior to the pandemic the community had outside visitors bring in pets to come in to the residents and allow them to socialize. The community provides great communication to me about my loved one.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
