I've lived here for 4yrs. after a big surgery and the good living here has helped me rise and heal and really have a great quality of Life! The food is outstanding with fresh vegetables and fruits!
Excellent Senior Living Facility Their approach to independent living is outstanding.
To stay here is awesome. I love it and I don't know anyone here who doesn't love it. The workers are great & there's no controversy. Plus the food is awesome and healthy. There's no better place.
From the moment we walked into take a tour we have felt welcomed. Our father has been a residents since [date removed]. He is so happy. The staff is amazing! The facility is maintained and clean. Not one complaint!
I enjoy my time here. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The other residents I've met so far are very friendly and helpful.
We started looking for a retirement place in late Feb. and toured nearly all the ones in San Antonio. We looked at Franklin Park TCP 1st and was impressed, it became the standard as we looked at others. But decision times we chose the value and appearance of the living spaces & the staff we worked with, as well as the people living there making such favorable remarks, it seemed like a no brainier to decide on Franklin Park TCP. We chose the villas because of the little back yard for our 2 Dachshunds. We were allowed to pick our paint colors and flooring, add storage in the bathrooms, as well as more ceiling fans, etc to make us comfortable. They were happy to work with us to make us happy. We also liked the ability to transfer over to assisted living or memory care if the need ever came. We moved in late March and have found everything we wanted & more. The meals are very good, the cleaning staff is very good.
The staff members at Franklin Park are super friendly which is of huge importance. The certainly have different activities going on every day, and overall our loved one says the meals are adequately okay. All in all we have had a good experience so far and we would recommend this community to others
This has been a good experience for me at Franklin Park. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff are very good to work with if I have questions or concerns. The food is very good with a wide selection and presented nicely to the residents. Some of the activities that are available are bingo, gym, baseball, live entertainment, poker, game room, and more for the residents to choose from.
We had a really good tour experience with Franklin Park TPC Parkway. For us the location was too far, so we actually went with the other Franklin Park that is closer to us. But after touring this facility, I would definitely recommend them as well.
Not the right place unless you’re ready for a nursing home. It’s advertised as a resort style living, but far from it. The staff were real nice when I moved in , however as soon as I decided I wasn’t happy there, they became rude and at the end very mean. They made my move out very difficult. The food was disgusting, cold and it was hit or miss if you received the food you ordered. The residents weren’t very nice either. I would not recommend my parents or anyone over 55 ever living here. They just want your money and nothing else. So they will sale you a dream vision of the place, but once you move it it’s not as they would have you believe. Frankly I felt I should have been reimbursed for the false advertising and emotional and mental anguish I suffered at the end. They made my move so stressful that caused my health issues to flare. I was really shocked at their true colors and how they treated me.
I thank God that He placed me here. I am grateful for the concern of staff and friendliness of most all of the people here. I so appreciate the provisions of transportation to appointments and to get the necessities of life. It is great having freedom of ones own choice of daily life and yet the security of "home".
[name removed] this young lady is very good at what she does. Helps people who need her, or take them wherever they need to go. I feel this place is great. I lived in another place and it was not as good as this one. [name removed] makes you feel like you are a part of the family.
My dad walked in to Franklin Park and fell in love with it. The friendliness of the staff members was huge for him, they were so welcoming. He has one of the smallest units available, but it is very comfortable for him. It is a great place and we would recommend to others looking.
[Name removed] was the reason we picked the apartment. She has a wonderful attitude and personality. Giver her a bonus!!
I would for sure recommend this community and putting your loved ones here. They are great and have really friendly staff. They have a lot of activities and are constantly having activities from church to bingo and they are great.
They have a nice community. The senior living area was too much for our loved one.
Very nice facilities and clean. Staff was friendly. Layout of facilities was good for mom to enjoy the patio area and dining area within a good range of the studio apartment that is available. They are offering a introductory price of $500 off the rent for a studio apartment available if you sign by the end of June. Will have to check for further clarification if that is just for the 1st month.
For a little over two years my parents were residents here but when mom passed, we had to look for a memory care [community name removed] and dad moved to [website removed] due to his worsening Alzheimer's. Both did a great job with my parents. The caregivers were great both here and at [community name removed] and we're so grateful for the wonderful care you all provided for my parents. It did my heart good to see them well cared for. Thank you!!
The main reason that we chose Franklin Park TPC Parkway because of the location. The other reason was when we took the interview, they were more honest with us and put my dad right into memory care. All the others were looking into wanted to put him in independent living and then later move him up at a higher cost. I really like the way it is set up here, they are in pods. The staff is very professional and they call me for every little thing which I really appreciate. They sent us letters and kept us very informed especially during covid about what was going on inside the facility. I would recommend it to others.
