Fox Run has done a very good job in all aspect. My brother has gained back about 20 of the 40 pounds he had lost before he moved there. They did have a water pipe break during our deep freeze but most of the repairs have been finished. Do you know anything about "Our Home" that is taking over Fox Run? We hope they keep the current staff as they are very nice.... Read more

It is a very friendly facility however they use another service for nurses n staff and at times communication is a issue. Also right now after almost 3 months I'm still waiting on a refund for services etc that I paid. They tried to charge me for 7-10 days of care after he passed when his room was cleared out the same day he died.
Our experience with this facility was very positive. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I would rate Fox Run 5 stars on everything - you guys are the best! There was a visiting nurse helping out there a couple of months ago and stopped to take our loved ones blood sugar in the dining room. We got to talk and she said she's traveled around the different facilities for years and Fox Run was the best she's been at, hands down. I feel so safe with our loved one being there .

I chose Fox Run. It has beautifully been remodeled, they have a memory care wing, and the location is convenient because it's near me and the VA and my dad is a veteran.
These are things that Fox Run could improve on. 1) Clean the resident's rooms & bathrooms regularly; 2) Have regular care conferences; 3) Follow through on shower schedule; 4) More staff (but I realize this is a problem for all facilities).

This community has been a night and day experience from where our loved one was prior. We understand they are having staffing issues like everybody else but they are doing a great job trying to ramp things back up, hire on more people and they are taking very good care of our loved one. They have 24 hour care, it is a top notch community and we have been very happy with them. They get an A for effort when it comes to the activities, they have bingo and balloon volleyball - a lot of things are still tied up just with covid limitations. The meals and dining service goes beyond 5 stars.

If we could do it over again, we would definitely choose Fox Run. They really truly care about you here, they came to my house twice to asses my mother in law and they still keep in touch to this day. They called and I told them my mother was in the hospital and they went out of their way to send her flowers. The facility has a great food menu with a lot of variety for each meal. It is cheaper than some other places that we looked into and I really like that it is all inclusive pay.
Excellent willing to work with your scheduling needs friendly staff, clean, warm and friendly environment

Very nice and spacious facility. [Name removed] very knowledgeable and friendly. Facility does NOT take Medicaid but pricing is about the same as other facilities. Love the fact that they have MANY discounts that may help costs of stay.

The nursing and aids were very good. They seemed to try hard to help the patients. Nursing was very good at calling me with incidents that happened. Medication was very expensive and was changed so often I was always paying a big bill. I was charged extra for my husband being combative. I wasn't glad that my husband was sent to a Behavior hospital in Cincinnatti (Blue Ridge) That hospital was poor. I don't think he ate the whole time he was there.

Seems the kitchen is experiencing some help issues. Mom had to wait hour and half for her lunch. Food is hit and miss, some days good some not. Mom not impressed with the food.

Nice facility. Very "open and bright" feeling. Residents seemed to be to be way older than myself.

We used this community for respite stay and the experience was a positive one. Dad seemed to enjoy his stay here. The only thing that could have been done a little better was the dad taking his meals in his room. The staff didn't mind taking dad his meals however anyone who didn't go to the dining room got served last so he never knew when his food would come. Other than that everything else was fine. We found the staff to be very friendly and kind and the community was always clean and well maintained. We would recommend them to anyone.

My father has recently made the move into this community and so far I have no complaints of how things are going for him. The staff are friendly and I am comfortable with the care they are providing him. He is absolutely loving the meals they serve throughout the week and is always talking about how impressed he is with the dinning experience. Overall I am very happy and would recommend to anyone.

My father suffers from dementia and was no longer able to stay safe at home. After a bit of adjustment, he seems to be doing very well and loves the structure and routine of the memory care unit. The nurses and care staff are wonderful. I look forward to seeing them too! My siblings and I feel this was a great choice for location, value and care.

The Brookdale was a very nice place when I arrived for my tour, they were ready for me with a packet of information. The place was nice and clean and everyone was very friendly. The reason we chose another community was simply location.
