Much like the town of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, Fairhaven is a caring, close-knit community where many residents know one another. Because of our longevity and quality reputation, multiple generations of families live and work here. Our residents and their families appreciate the level of care they receive as well as the continuity of care providers. Our robust life enrichment program pairs residents with elementary school pen pals and offers outings for shopping and dining.
