We offer three different floor plans for spacious studios, with large baths, kitchenettes, and inspiring views. You'll enjoy wonderful dining experiences where you'll enjoy home cooked meals in our dining room that surrounds the courtyard and a magnificent three-tiered fountain. We provide morning care, bedtime care, bath services, medication reminders and weekly housekeeping services. Our services are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. We are dedicated to all the lives entrusted to our care.
Emerald Meadows is nestled behind the Cascade Wal-mart in Grand Rapids. The gorgeous country setting of Emerald Meadows, and its grove-like campus, creates an inviting family atmosphere. We offer Assisted Living, Alzheimer's care, Day Care Services, and Respite Care.

I could write a book about this place and would never leave a loved one here. They are under staffed make all kinds of excuses for errors. Medicine is never given on time or at all! Workers are in break...
