Our home was established in 2005 and renovated just a year later. The Craftsman-style building is beautifully surrounded by pine and evergreen trees and enclosed by a fence, thoroughly securing the property. You can enjoy the fresh air, captivating scenery, and the numerous amenities available in the nearby city. Our doors are open to individuals who may have a variety of care needs, including memory-related illnesses such as Alzheimer’s or dementia. Therefore, we provide a separate pricing structure for the different levels of care that best suits you or your loved one.</p>
<h3>Living Spaces and Dining</h3>
<p>Our 10-bed, 10-bath community offers living spaces to accommodate residents with a variety of care needs. Ground floor units are available for easy access, and we offer both private and wheelchair accessible bathrooms. The studio and private bedrooms are perfect for residents who have memory related issues – a quiet place of solace can provide a sense of comfort and help minimize distractions. Let us know and we will place your loved one in whichever unit aligns best with their care needs.</p>
<p>Wheelchair accessibility is a top priority for us. Our accessible rooms are designed to meet the needs of residents who are wheelchair bound, and allows them to comfortably leave their rooms to enjoy activities, get some fresh air, or enjoy community mealtimes. Our staff prepare three meals a day and can accommodate vegetarian diets. If your loved one has certain dietary restrictions or preferences, please let us know and we will make the necessary changes!</p>
<h3>Local Area</h3>
<p>Vancouver, Washington is a historically rich part of the country, with plenty of fun and convenient amenities to offer everyone. For a chance to learn about the surrounding community, Clark County Historical Museum features rotating exhibits of local interest including a semi-permanent Native American craft exhibit. The Four Days of Aloha festival is a popular attraction in the Pacific Northwest and is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Vancouver. The Hawaiian and Polynesian festival has live music, hula, multicultural performances and cultural workshops that you can enjoy and learn from.</p>
<p>Seniors who enjoy going on walks through the park can enjoy Hazel Dell Community Park, which is just over 3 miles away. This is a great option for those who want to admire the pine and evergreen trees, bask in the fresh air, or partake in a conversation with a friend or visiting family member. When family members are in town, they can comfortably stay at The Heathman Lodge, only 8.2 miles away. Enjoying movies at the nearby Regal Cinema 99 is a fun way to bond with your loved one or enjoy a night on the town. We are also a few blocks from the Hazel Dell Towne Center shopping mall and Interstate 5. Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center is only 3.4 miles away from us, and if residents ever require specialty medical services, our care staff will gladly provide transportation.</p>

<p>A number of convenient on-site services are available for the residents of our community. This includes the services of an on-call beautician to tend to residents’ grooming needs, as well as on-site devotional services for the religious or spiritual among us. The surrounding neighborhood is home to a number of houses of worship as well, for those who would like to join a particular congregation.</p>
<h3>Medical Services</h3>
<p>We are a purpose-built community and aim to uphold those values as best as we can. Above all else, we prioritize the health and safety of the residents in our home. We can provide a number of speciality care services right here at our community, including assisted transfers, medication reminders, and incontinence care. Eden Place LLC takes pride in caring for seniors with memory related illnesses, and we know that there are additional precautions and services that we must provide to meet those needs. Our compassionate care staff are available around the clock and understand the behaviors that may arise as a result of memory-related illnesses. If your loved one is prone to wandering, our staff are trained to calmly handle aggressive and exit-seeking behaviors. We know that the type of care your loved one requires is subject to change over time, so we can arrange visits from an on-call doctor to make necessary adjustments as needed. Occupational therapists can visit our community as well, to treat those in need of their services.</p>
