I've had a decent experience with Cypress Creek Assisted Living. They take good care of you; it's a clean place and it smells good. I would say it's a good place for assisted living. Some of their activities include; balloon volleyball, bingo, a lot of sing-a-longs, ice cream socials, and a whole bunch more. They also occasionally take the residents on a scenery drive outing. I would, without a doubt, recommend others to come and check it out!... Read more

Cypress Creek is amazing, the wing our loved one is in is brand new. They have small little "communities" or separate "wings" where each of them only have about 12-20 residents, they have their own living room and dining area. You are able to walk around and visit other wings, but you eat with everyone is your own wing. As far as we know they have good activities going on - they have bingo, exercise classes, a hair dresser on sight and a physical therapist on sight. Everybody is just super nice, and so far we have been very happy with it.
Our family had an in person tour and the community is very nice, and the residents all seemed extremely happy. However they segregate the residents into 4 or 5 different areas and we aren't sure what it is based off of. It was a little confusing to us.
We have been very pleased with our experience at Cypress Creek. What stuck out to us about them was they had very nice private rooms and it was also a brand new facility in a great area. We also really liked the layout. We went to some where the memory care residents were upstairs so they could not leave. That is not the case here, it is all on one story and they share living areas where people can congregate. They have a nice kitchen area and a fenced in courtyard area as well where residents can get outside and get fresh air. The only complaint we have is that they offer an in house pharmacy and doctor service, the doctor service is ok but the pharmacy is an issue because they do no take her medical services so we have to pay more for her medications. Overall I would recommend them to others, we think it is a great place.

February 10, 2022Thank you for coming and touring our community. I apologize if the explanation of the peer-grouped neighborhoods and layout was not explained and toured clearly. Our custom layout is actually what attracts most to our community, as the Residents are grouped with others at a similar level of care. I personally welcome you to come back and tour with me in hopes to provide clarification to the campus.
We loved Cypress Creek. The administrative staff seemed extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. The facility was gorgeous, we really just loved everything about it. The only downfall was that the rooms were too small to accommodate a couple. If my parents are ever by themselves, we will be moving here.
Our loved one is doing really well over there, we like how the community is set up with a nice neighborhood layout. So everyone that has the level of care needed they have their own common area and bedroom area.
We're not having a good experience. Communication is a real issue, maybe just with us, but I don't think so. When we call, we end up talking with different people, and they don't talk to each other or keep very good records. They're very friendly, but they just don't communicate well, with each other or with our family. In order to get any communication, you just have to call and call and call and leave messages, and then hope that someone will get back to you. If you're local, you might have better luck than we've had.

My father lived here for two years prior to his recent passing. Overall it was an excellent experience. It's a very pleasant and homey environment. His caregivers were amazing; all were professional, caring and upbeat. Throughout the pandemic this facility has gone above and beyond taking measures to keep the residents and staff safe while safely allowing family to stay connected to their loved ones. Their communications with family contact(s) are excellent. I very highly recommend Cypress Creek.
My mom lived here and they were super expensive, employee rollover was ridiculous that's why they hire new employees every Wednesdays, because no one stays for long. My mom was always dirty and they kept her dirty and smelling awful. When they built the new extension building, they raised everyones prices and I could not afford close to 6k a month! They were horrible, I would never recommend this place, my mom was not happy there and I'm glad I took her out like so many others.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
My Dad lived at Cypress Creek for five years. He enjoyed excellent care from a variety of girls. One girl in particular stayed there the whole time. I think that speaks for a quality residence facility when they can keep good staff. Since my dad has passed on, the staff at Cypress Creek has reached out to me with sympathy and compassion. They made the ending of our stay there very comfortable in a very uncomfortable Covid 19 time. I’ve recommended Cypress Creek to many people especially during the Support Group that they offer. I would encourage Care Givers to look at all the possibilities, but settle at Cypress Creek.
This is a home run. Of course it is clean, nice, pleasant BUT IT IS THE STAFF. TRULY ONE OF A KIND. YOU COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER TEAM. My parents transitions was quite bumpy but the staff was with us each step and they assured my sister and I that they have seen this before and they would walk us through it. They were absolutely right. Any questions, concerns, we just call and our questions are answered. We are really impressed with their handling of the COVID situation as well. They have kept us informed and have gone above and beyond to make sure families can stay connected. My sister and I cannot be more thankful to Cypress Creek and its entire staff, despite the extreme stress this past year, they have handled it with such grace and compassion. Caring, compassionate, responsive ... just does not seem to be enough.
Dad was no longer able to get along alone at home when his wife passed. Before she passed they had done research on assisted living facilities in the area and had visited a number of them. They were very taken with Cypress Creek Assisted Living and chose them as the place they would like to reside when the time came. The staff is always very attentive and caring. If any issues came up the staff is quick to notify me and assist with whatever is needed. They offer several levels of care so as the years passed and Dad required additional help it was available without moving to another facility. The staff is always offering a variety of activities for the residents to participate in. The doctor visited the facility regularly and saw to the residents routine medical care. Overall it is a clean and well maintained facility with attentive and caring individual care and I recommend it highly for your consideration.
My 4 qualifications for choosing an ALF for my loved one were fulfilled when I visited Cypress Creek ALF. I would like to share with you the four main reasons I chose this exceptional facility. 1) Environment: Friendly, homey 2)Atmosphere: Comfortable, cheerful 3) Leadership: Compassionate, professional 4) CARE: Attentiveness, experience I placed him in Cypress Creek knowing he would be safe, calm, and contented. So would I.
I was previously licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Home Health while working in private homes and facilities. A dear friend of mine was in a couple of facilities prior to being moved to Cypress. I visited her through all and was highly impressed with what I heard and saw at Cypress. I found the facility clean, safe and comfortable. The staff caring, considerate, efficient and knowledgeable. A one of a kind setup with neighborhoods, and an outstanding Events Team. Recently I was instrumental in having a woman I have worked with for 25 years moved to Cypress. I am with her daily and have verified my findings that Cypress Creek ALF and Memory Care is the place for a loved one. I highly recommend this facility.
My mother was a resident at Cypress Creek Assisted Living Facility. She we there due to her advanced Alzheimer's. I found the level of care was spectacular and the staff is welcoming and very informing. Though the moment that stands out in my mind was my last visit before COVID. The residents were gathering in the dining area and the most noticeable one was my mother's roommate. She would ask if she was going home the following day. The staff worker's response was calm, kind and and immediate. She reassured her she was. She continued to ask the same question (in a variety of different ways) not less then 5 minutes apart. For the 90 minutes I was there you could not tell from the tone, annunciation or volume of the reply if it was asked once or for the 1000th time. i feel I do not have the words to describe the comfort I felt at the sorrowful moment as I had to leave my mother.
We had an opportunity to help Mom find a new home as we were dealing with her Alzheimer's issues back in 2015. The personnel here at Cypress Creek Assisted Living worked with us to help Mom become comfortable in her new home. Mom enjoys her neighborhood and her friends at Cypress Creek ALF. She also enjoys the activities. I trust this place to take care of Mom, especially through these trying times. They call me if they need decisions made and to inform me of medical changes and requests by her doctor. We are very blessed to have Mom living at Cypress Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility. After nearly six years, Mom seems to still be very happy. My husband and I thank you all!!!
When we realized our father needed around the clock care due to memory loss. The search began to find a place that we thought felt like home. My sister [name removed] actually did the initial visits and narrowed our search to three locations. Next my husband and I went to visit those three and determined that Cypress Creek felt warm and comfortable. Next step to see what our father felt.... having a Dad that is private and proud makes for a difficult transition. We decided to take him to visit CC during their Christmas Party. After being there with my step daughter and sister for an hour, they asked him if he wanted to go and he said, 'No. I want to stay.' That was five years ago. He has always referred Cypress Creek as a resort. He loves it and feels safe. Thanks CC for keeping your promise to making him feel at home and safe!
This is definitely the best place to put your loved one. Every staff member that I have met has been very caring and patient. Anytime I have a question, they respond quickly. The facility is the cleanest and most cheerful place. My mom is very happy and feels safe at Cypress Creek.
