We toured Crestwood Village and it was a very nice facility! Everything was great. However, we ended up choosing a different facility because we were looking for a facility that had nurses on staff.
Everything and everyone at Crestwood Village Assisted Living and Memory Care has exceeded our expectations except for the food, which has been simply average.

I like how the residents and staff helped me acclimate to the new lifestyle. The staff are hard workers. I am able to attend a lot of activities and enjoy outings.

My mother has lived here for 5 and a half years and feels very loved by everyone. That is something that no amount of money can buy. I am very happy and well satisfied with her level of care. Staff turnover is, I'm sure a problem everywhere.

The Crestwood Village is a very nice and clean facility and everybody there seems to be really friendly. The food from what we can see seems really good but our loved one is super picky which is why we gave it 3 stars out of 5. We have had a few issues with our loved one being allowed to leave the facility with people we specifically told them not to and not communicating that to us.

My parents love it there. They've made a lot of friends. They like the food. I was very pleased that they adapted and became a part of the community probably within about three months. And both of my parents have dementia, so I think that's saying a lot. There has been a little bit of a turnover of staff, but everybody there is so kind. And I know a lot of it is due to Covid and illness and all that stuff going on. They have a lot of activities - I've played Bingo with my parents, and they have all kinds of things going on. I think it's an excellent value, and I would highly recommend them.
