Best in the area
It does not feel like a retirement home, there are so many wonderful activities, the food is 5 star, and the staff and residents are very friendly and helpful. I think it is overall one of the best places in the area - especially compared to others that I looked at.
It fits his needs very well and I would absolutely recommend Crestavilla.

Memory care review
am writing a review of the memory care at Crestavilla- I had a family member under their care for the last few years and they do not have the staffing or expertise to take care of patients if they have moderate or progressive dementia.They admit they don't have the staff and will ask you to pay for additional nursing care.
They accepted him into the residence but then when he got worse they kicked him out. First they will increase your fees astronomically to get you to move and if that doesn't work they will evict you.
After being evicted since he required too much care, I moved my family member to another facility but it has been a traumatic transition. I recommend to avoid Crestavilla Memory care for family members that have progressive dementia.

Extraordinary assisted living
This was an extraordinary community for your loved one. This community was not like any other community that I have ever seen it was just beautiful here. Everyone here is friendly and always willing to help and there to do anything. The tour was wonderful they gave us options and they did not show us one, they showed us as much as we wanted to look at and remained patient. It is more like a resort than assisted living and my brother loved it here. They had a covid shut down and had to deliver food and when it was delivered to my loved one he stated that it was hot and always delicious. They will make and do anything that they can for you. My loved one is on the top floor and loves his room, they clean and he feels like it is so peaceful. My brother just loved it.

I would definitely encourage people to check it out. It's a new facility, which is unusual in the area, so it's like the Ritz Carlton of assisted living here. It may not be perfect for everyone, but it's been great for us. It has been fantastic for my loved ones. The staff have been super nice and helpful. They're very friendly. The food is very good, with a huge variety. They have a TON of activities. I think assisted living is expensive across the board, but I feel like it's a good value here.

Amazing facility
We chose Crestavilla because it is an amazing, state of the art, beautiful facility and it has everything you could need. She was originally signed up to get medication to her but for the first 3 months that did not happen. You do have to ask them to clean otherwise it gets overlooked. Sometimes it is very hard to get a hold of people about questions or concerns. Overall though my mom absolutely loves it here and I would definitely recommend the facility to others looking.

If You Can Afford It, Definitely Come Here
The meals are wonderful and they give you a lot of food. The staff are great! There is a new schedule of activities each day given to the residents. The community always has something going on for the residents to participate in. The community is only three years old and most of all the staff have been there since the community opened.

Over the Top

I am a caregiver for a woman who has lived at Crestavilla for the past month. I have been amazed at how wonderful the staff are. [name removed] who is a manager, is an ANGEL. He is so patient, kind, accommodating, and yet professional. My lady has some physical disabilities and -name removed]l could not do enough to assist her with her meal needs. He is cheerful and like I mentioned above, he is an ANGEL. My words cannot do his goodness and kindness justice. A very special person. [name removed] is doing exactly what he should be doing - helping others help themselves. [name removed], thank you for all your help. I wish you the very best, you deserve it. Adventurous Eaters Lunch.
From the beautifully set table to the perfectly prepared food … it was a delight ! Every dish was fresh , colorful and meticulously presented… Creative to the MAX ! The service was excellent… even the waitstaff had big smiles as they brought in the “Smokey domes”. A memorable meal! Thank you all .

I love good food but I had no idea Crestavilla would rank #1 on my list of fine dining plus. And I get to live here. Just this Wednesday I had the privilege of participating in a superb dining adventure, one that will forever be imprinted in my mind as well as taste buds. I believe it was for “Adventurous Eaters”. The elegance, beauty as well as presentation were ahhhh producing from all attendees. We were seated amidst a garden of flowers on the table since it was a garden theme. Our fabulous chefs had followed that theme with the use of delightful garden seeds, veggies, edible flowers, and fowl. I’ve not experienced better risotto, a blend of mushrooms and spices. A most fun addition were the adorable spade and shovel utensils. Unique! Champagne accompanying of course. The entire experience was one that certainly adds to a fabulous life at Crestavilla.

My new home
After a lot of research into assisted living facilities when I realized it was time to move into assisted living. I wanted a place where the people were active and that had varied activities. I have found this and so much more at Crestavilla. I moved in on [dateremoved]. I have a beautiful apartment and, since the building is only 3 years old, it is very up to date. The food is fabulous. No kidding! They are also very accommodating if you have special needs. In this short time that I am here, I truly feel that this is my home. I have me wonderful people both in staff and tenants. Every Tuesday and Thursday we have entertainment and get togethers. There is an art studio and, since I am an artist, I will be using it shortly. I have gotten stronger since I am here and the lack of stress is wonderful. I highly recommend Crestavilla to anyone looking for a place where you can have as much assistance as you want or need and live as if you are on a cruise every day.

My Review of Crestavilla
I would tell others that it is one of the best communities in my area. I searched quite a few, and because it is only 2-3 years old, it has a lot more of the modern amenities. The cleanliness and friendliness is very important.
My loved one moved in at the end of the pandemic, and the community is adding more activates back into their rotation.

A great place for Mom, Dad or any Loved One
Crestavilla is Resort Living at it's fullest. There are beautiful views throughout the community. You don't have to worry about your loved ones not getting fed. Their Food and Beverage is on par and above with the finest restaurants in Laguna. The activities that I was able to witness are fun, fresh and focused on socializing with other like minded people. The customer service is fantastic. The team is very focused on their residents and know what the residents want before the resident knows they want it. I can't say enough good things about the team at Crestavilla.
