I'm sorry to say but I feel I was mislead by the staff and administrator. They hire unqualified people who have no experience just straight off the streets. Medication was stolen by staff with out reprocussion. They are poorly understaffed at the residence. Unclean and unsanitary, plus everything they promised before the move in was never kept. The information I received from them and their website was sorely misleading.

The staff was helpful during my visit. The house was fairly clean, however, it did seem to need a few repairs. All of the residents are women. I would rather not move my Dad to a home where he would be the only male resident.

Our experience with Catharine's Quality of Life Homes has been really good. My mother is really happy there, which is the most important thing. The staff is genuinely concerned for her well-being and they do an excellent job caring for her.
