Most of the staff has had family members who have had Alzheimers or dementia so their attention to detail is incredible and they really know how to care for the residents. There is a woman named [name removed] and staff and families can be trained on how to deal with dementia and Alzheimer's. They actually bring their staff in and train their staff in and I see them utilizing her techniques all the time. I would highly recommend Cambrian to others looking. As far as hygiene and toileting - they are totally on top of it. They are on top of any needs a resident has. They are in complete communication with the family and always asking questions about anything they make need to know about your loved one.
