Set against the dramatic backdrop of Pikes Peak and the Rocky Mountains in Colorado Springs, our continuing care retirement community, or CCRC, has four levels of care on one campus, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. Here you’ll have the fun lifestyle you want, plus customized care if you need it. We also have our Crossings program, designed for individuals in the early stages of Alzheimer’s or dementia. It’s often a stepping stone between assisted living and our memory care program.
Imagine waking up and taking a yoga class before heading to the cafe for coffee. Or maybe you want to take an art class in our art studio before joining friends for a game of billiards. If you love gardening, check out our courtyard gardens. Here you can start each day with choices.
Here are just a few more examples of the fun things you could be enjoying with new friends:
•Foreign language classes
•Ai chi water class at our indoor pool
•Nature hikes and museum trips
•Card games and board games
Downtown Colorado Springs is a short drive away with its charming shops, local restaurants and attractions like the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum and the Fine Arts Center. Need help arranging your next adventure? Our concierge service will be happy to help you out.
With more than a dozen floor plans to choose from, you’ll find just the right fit for your style. Here are just a few features that will make you feel right at home:
•Floor plan choices: studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments
•Garden home option with attached garage and private patio
•Select homes and apartments have a mountain view
•Fewer worries with fewer bills; maintenance and utilities are included
•Plenty of natural window light
Here you’ll have all the care you need on one campus. And we’re a rental CCRC. That means you’ll pay a monthly rental fee based on the level of care and services you need—with no entry fee.
Having different levels of care on one campus means you won’t have to change communities again, even if you or your spouse need more care later. You’ll be able to stay on the same campus close to friends, enjoying the same lifestyle in the community you already love. Plus you’ll have peace of mind knowing there is staff available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to be alerted to an emergency.
With our continuum of care options, you’ll be prepared with the care you might need down the road. If you need skilled nursing care while recovering from surgery, no problem. Need an extra hand with daily activities like medication management or dressing? We’ve got that, too.
Whether it’s our Crossings program for the early stages of dementia, our Clare Bridge program for mid to late stages, or our Solace program for the advanced stages of dementia, we have purposeful programs that offer the memory care you and your family need.

- Ideal Location
Overall, I feel that my experience with Brookdale Skyline has been good. There have been some glitches and miscommunications along the way, but they are often willing to come up with a solution that suits both...
