We understand your concerns for your loved one's safety and well-being, along with the weight of the responsibility of caring for someone with dementia. At our community in Roanoke, Va., which offers Alzheimer's and dementia care, we have the experience to understand the complexity of dementia at every stage. Memory care services in a safe, comfortable, home-like environment are the unique contribution we can make to your loved one's well-being and quality of life. And for you, there's peace of mind knowing we have trained staff on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Deeply rooted in a person-centered approach, our Alzheimer's and dementia care is called the Clare Bridge program, where each resident is surrounded by others with the same cognitive abilities, to give them the important feeling of fitting in. Clare Bridge focuses on sustaining feelings of belonging, purpose and safety while seeking to preserve a sense of self. More simply, we meet them where they are.

Top notch place!!

I have no complaints about my loved ones stay so far at this community. The staff have been outstanding and I am very comfortable with the quality of care that they are providing for her. The meals have been well prepared and she enjoys participating in some activities with the other residents from time to time. I have witnessed the staff in action a couple of times and have been very impressed with how well of a job they did. Overall I am very happy and would recommend it to anyone.

[Removed] contacted me on Friday by phone. We set up an appointment for Saturday morning. My husband and I met with her and toured the facility. Phenomenal individual! We learned more from her in an hour and a half than in 2 years of talking to other people. The facility was amazing and we were impressed beyond words. We are hoping to get my husband's mother in there for as long as her money will allow. So glad we went there.
