We chose Brookdale North Loveland because it was a smaller community, so we thought my dad would acclimate to that better. The staff members communication and the upper management was not up to par and what we wish it would have been. I do think we came in during a big change within the facility, so that could have played a part in it. Overall, I would still recommend the facility.

We looked at a lot of communities for my brother and this community had a smaller room and they wanted more money. The staff were good and professional for the tour.
