How does a retirement with fewer chores and more adventures sound?

We’ll take care of the chores while you focus on what you want to do.  Here at our continuing care retirement community (CCRC) with both independent living and skilled nursing, if you or your spouse need more care later, you’ll have the lifestyle you want plus the care you need.

Start your morning with a stroll on our walking paths through a 10-acre campus with scenic views. Skip the lines at the big movie complexes and catch your next matinee on campus at our on-site theater. And don’t forget to book your next hair appointment at our on-site salon.

You have the freedom to experiment with new hobbies, re-ignite your sense of purpose and enjoy new experiences and connections with interesting new friends.  Here are just a few of the possibilities:
•Art classes
•Fitness classes
•Live music performances
•Card games and board games
•Sewing circle
•Spa time with manicures
•Tech classes
•Devotional services
•Wine and cheese socials
•Shopping trips

And with several floor plans to choose from you’ll have plenty of choices for your next home, too.  Here are a few more great features that make our apartments feel like home:
•One-bedroom or two-bedroom options
•Private patio or balcony available
•Plenty of natural window light
•Great space for entertaining
•Lots of storage
•Full-size kitchens
•Pet-friendly

By definition, a CCRC, or Continuing Care Retirement Community, is a senior living community that provides multiple levels of care at one senior living community. So what does that mean for you?  That means you’ll have the care you need if you or your spouse need more care later with independent living and rehabilitation and skilled nursing right here on one campus.

Stay in the place you already call home with friends and neighbors nearby and with all the great amenities and services you already enjoy. With our continuum of care options, you’ll be prepared with the care you might need down the road. If you need skilled nursing care while recovering from surgery, no problem. Want let someone else do the cooking and dishes—you can.

For your peace of mind, there is staff on site 24 hours a day, seven days a week to be alerted to an emergency. So when it comes to last-minute maintenance issues, we’ve got you covered. And when it comes to your care, we’ve got that covered, too.

  • All were doing the best they could.

The dining room was often short of help and late. Staff was friendly and helpful but there seemed to be a shortage of help on occasions. The day staff seemed unable to tell me about night activities. We enjoyed the grounds a lot. A very pleasant place to walk Staff that were present regularly were helpful and pleasant.

  • While it was a pretty nice facility, it didn't have a warm, welcoming feel to it. Staff didn't greet residents byname. residents who we saw seemed less functional than other facilities. Had good programs that were clearly defined.

  • So happy

My parents have lived here now for over a year. Dad in their Skilled Nursing and Mom in their independent living. This was the initial reason they moved there so they can be together. Mom is able to visit with Dad and bring him out to the ponds, to the large dining room for independent residents and the outings they can go together. Dad isn’t completely restricted to the “nursing home” which no one wants to be. BUT it is actually pretty nice- super large rooms and very caring staff. Mom loves the food and has been able to be herself again playing bridge and joining groups there. We do have the community helping her with medications and walking the dog which is super helpful that she doesn’t have to move out to AL to receive these services. We can add more as needs progress as well. We have looked and looked and if you have parents with changing/ different needs this is the place to be. Or even if you want a place for any needs that may arise no need to pay a lot more just to have assisted living, this community can help with most assistance needed as long as it can be scheduled. they work so well with the residents and just really show their compassion. Love it!!
