I had also heard through moms PT that the staff were extremely friendly here and we have found that to be true. I do not think that they offer some of the activities long enough - for people who don't have dementia or any impairment that can be a downside. The activities director does work hard to make sure residents know that activities are going on, she goes to their door to let them know, but I think they need to provide more activities. The staff and nursing staff have been amazing. My loved one is vegetarian so her options can be very limited but the food choices need to be improved. There is no ice available for the residents so it would be helpful if they could make them available to them.
