You’ll have the care you need if you need it so you can focus on having fun. Need a little inspiration? Here are just a few of the activities you could enjoy if you lived here:
Along with our programming, you’ll find comfort knowing that our trained staff is on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
For memory care residents, we offer a program, also known as Clare Bridge, rooted in “a person-centered approach,” which means we help our residents find a sense of belonging and purpose while also helping them preserve who they are. The Daily Path is an evidence-based approach that offers a gentle daily structure of six planned programs per day, which maintain our residents' abilities and encourage the use of their current skills. These include a morning cognitive workout with discussions, brain games, fitness classes, music programs, and dancing.
With several floor plans to chose from, including studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom options, you’ll be able to find just the right space to fit your style. And some apartments even have a garden view. Plus, you’ll have a full private bath, a walk-in closet and a kitchenette.
You can make a light meal in your apartment or head down to the dining room for menu options that are all about you—your suggestions, your feedback and even your own family recipes.
You can start your morning with a cup of coffee in the courtyard garden. Or take a stroll on our paved walking paths before heading to the library to pick out your next favorite book.
Our memory care community features areas of the community that are set up for safe engagement in gardening, kitchen work, handyman help, and other household and normal daily tasks. Life skills activities provide a sense of purpose, meaning and belonging as residents complete tasks related to everyday life.
Here you get to redefine your independence with more time for building friendships, rediscovering an old hobby or finding a new one. Adult residential care helps you with managing medications, dressing and bathing, as well as services like housekeeping and meals. Your customized care plan means you only pay for the services you need and want. And we’re flexible, so when your needs decrease or increase, your plan and its cost do, too.
