Horrible , horrible place. Very unclean building. The woman in charge is quite the story teller and very dramatic. Staff is constantly smoking outside and lunch is served at different times each day as late as 2 p.m. Quality of food is a tad bit above dog food, for breakfast cold cereal or yogurt. Please don't make the mistake we did for our loved one.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
I have family who lives there and they love it!! The staff is friendly and nice. They always have some kind of activity going on. All the residents are happy and full of life when Im there. The facility is always clean and smells good. The administrator always stops me and asks me how im doing and she always updates me on how they are. Couldn't ask for better staff.

Thank You for your review! It is our pleasure having your loved one with us! Regards, Bristol Care
No brochures...place was untidy, only room avail to view was being used by a staff member and it was a total wreck. Not sure if this would demonstrate how kept the residents' rooms would be? No real discussion of programs, activities, orpersonalized needs being met. Contact person not avail.
