It provides the normal care but what separates Briarwoood out from the rest is the personal care for each resident from the maintenance, food staff, doctor, nurses, physical therapists as well as the administration staff. Each person knows the residents by their first name and makes them feel special. There is a lot of knocks on resident doors by staff for a friendly hello with a smiling face throughout the day as well as genuine words of encouragement as the residents take part in the many structure facility activities.
