It's a beautiful facility. because it's a small community compared to others, the residents know each other. They are kind of a family. They also know the staff and feel familiar with them. The food is excellent. They plan a lot of family activities, some geared for children. They are always well done. The activities and outings are well planned. We just had a family thanksgiving luncheon that was very nice.... Read more

My Grandma moved into Beacon Crest in October 2021. Beacon Crest is a great place for Grandma. The staff is so nice to her. She loves the home cooked meals, the fun activities, and the other residents. We love going to visit her. Beacon Crest is a very cheerful place, it's bright and light and has lots of community open space. Beacon Crest is a great place for my Grandma!

Mom could no longer live alone after our Father suddenly passed away. Family tried living with Mom for almost a year but Mom was annoyed that someone was there all the time. Mom wanted some independence! We looked at several assisted living homes but nothing seemed right. We visited Beacon Crest and realized that we had found Mom's new home! We reserved an apartment on our first visit. She loves her apartment and loves her independence! The staff is kind, knowledgable, and caring. The meals are fantastic and we've eaten with her many times. Beacon Crest has fun activities every day that Mom can choose to go to when she wants. We communicate with the staff about Mom whenever we have concerns, whether it's about her health or just making sure she remembers to go to meals and activities. We recommend Beacon Crest! It's been great for Mom. She has more independence but we know that she is well taken care of and safe! Win Win!!!

After visiting other assisted living homes, our family was excited to find Beacon Crest. It was just what we were looking for. The home is welcoming and beautiful. The staff is so friendly. They take great care of my mom. They are quick to respond to our texts and calls. The food is fresh and delicious made by their own chefs. The activities are fun. Our family loves to visit. Mom is as happy as she can be.

I had spent many months visiting many assisted living homes and that is where I heard about Beacon Crest. It was not the closest one near my home, however, once I took a tour and met many of the staff, I knew this was the BEST place for my mom!!! My mother did not want to leave her home, but after her visit she agreed. She has been there for a few months and has made many new friends and has really enjoyed being there. The food is amazing and is homemade every day. Not only does she enjoy the meals but we find ourselves visiting and eating with her often. They have many fun activities that she can do each day and we are also able to do these with her as well. We are so lucky we found Beacon Crest. Thank you for taking such great care of our mom.

Mom was not doing well in her own home. Too many memories of her life with Dad after his sudden passing. Mom suffers from dementia and could no longer live alone. Family tried living with her a week at a time for almost a year. All she wanted to do was sleep during the day to avoid thinking about Dad, but then she would wander around the house all night. We looked at several senior living communities but nothing seemed right until we visited Beacon Crest. We reserved an apartment for Mom on our first visit! Mom said that since she can't live at home with Dad, Beacon Crest is the next best option. She has her independence but we know help is available if needed. Beacon Crest has the most wonderful, kind, and caring staff. The meals are delicious, we've eaten with her many times. Beacon Crest has fun activities every day that Mom can attend when she wants. If Mom forgets to go to meals or activities, the staff will stop by her room to get her. Love Beacon Crest!

As a recent entertainer at Beacon Crest, I and my troupe had the opportunity to experience the classy, but comfortable, ambience of Beacon Crest and enjoy a delicious lunch prepared by their chef. Following the latter, I was treated to a tour of their facility and was overwhelmed by the services offered (including exercise room, beauty salon, theater, library and several cozy gathering rooms), as well as their spacious and well-appointed individual living quarters. Their community outreach programs are exemplary, as well! They are definitely worthy of consideration when the time comes to downsize from a single family home.

My grandmother now lives at Beacon Crest Senior Living. After visiting her very recently I must say that I am very impressed with her quality of life there. She is cared for by compassionate medical staff 24/7, of which she mentioned how friendly and caring her CNA's were. The facility has executive chefs that cook quality meals for the residents, even to order when the resident requests. The owners are very personable with the residents there as well, they know everyone's name and are always checking in with them. During my visit there, I saw the owners and administration had set up private areas and times for families to visit their loved ones during the holidays while following Covid guidelines, and caught a glimpse into the in-house training the medical staff was receiving. Coming from an EMS background, I have to say that I have never seen a nursing or assisted living facility as professional and caring as this one.

I am so blessed to have experienced such a beautiful building, and to work with such an amazing group of people who are like my family. [name removed] and [name removed] have gone above and beyond to create an environment and atmosphere that is unlike any other. As soon as you walk in the building, you feel a sense of coming home. I have never worked with someone so loving and caring. They treat residents as if they were their own parent or grandparent and also their staff as if they were their family. I am so lucky to work for a community like Beacon Crest.

After our Dad passed away, Mom decided she wanted to continue living in their home of 40 plus years. My Brother and I and our extended families started helping Mom transition to living alone. We split up responsibilities that Mom needed help with and we were there for her whenever she needed assistance. Years passed and Mom’s memories started to blur, and it became harder and harder for her to find her words. She started to have troubles driving and we were finally able to convince her that she could no longer drive. We started taking her meals, bringing her to our homes to eat and share family times with her. Eventually living alone became to hard and she needed more help than our family could provide. We picked four senior communities near our homes. Our first stop was Beacon Crest. We were impressed with the facility and the promise that they would treat our Mom just like she was their Mom. We visited the other communities on our list and decided Beacon Crest was the best .

Unfortunately, Mom fell at the beginning of the year and broke her hip. After getting her through surgery and immediate rehabilitation, we moved her to Beacon Crest for respite. She had barely spent a week there when I received the call. "I love it here, and I want to move here permanently." Why Beacon Crest Senior Living? When I walked into Beacon Crest, I felt like I was walking into a resort. Spacious rooms, elegantly designed. Bright sunlit common areas welcome you to spend time with your parent. The food tastes like you are in a fine dining restaurant. When I looked at the other residents, they looked joyful. It was nothing like the homes I had seen before. My family and I would like to thank the staff for the gentle care, continued kindness, and professional knowledge they bring to each day. My mom has made a community of friends and has found her second family. She is thriving! Do yourself a favor and visit Beacon Crest Senior Living. They are AMAZING!

Beacon Crest Senior Living and their beautiful staff were a god-send to my family. In my search for a home that would afford my cute mom her dignity and also allow her a graceful life in her final years, I was introduced to Beacon Crest. NOTHING ELSE COMPARED! NOTHING. My mother lived out the last 9 months of her life in a gorgeous home (we called it a Martha Stewart home). My husband and I moved to Draper to be close to her and planned to visit daily. Unfortunately, covid hit and we had to rely on BC’s staff to fill the void. These people were darling, clean cut, gracious, patient, and fun-loving. They were also attentive and thorough. Each developed a personal relationship with my mother and made her feel like she was a priority. I am so grateful for them all. Their standard of service to the residents is extremely high, and they are also open to feed back. They kept me appraised of any changes in my mother’s health, which I appreciated. They also served healthy and beautifully prepared meals. (The dining room is beautiful!) I recommend BC wholeheartedly. I am so grateful for the excellent care and love they gave my mom. Like I said, They were a god-send. ??????

We chose Beacon Crest Senior Living because of the services they provide (they can provide everything from independent all the way from hospice without having to move your family member). It is also a smaller facility, about 20 residents so everyone knows everyone. They are adding on to the facility as well. What has been nice is they have a back patio and a big front porch, so family members are able to sit outside with their loved ones and visit with one another. For the colder weather, they have it set up where family members can be on the patio and porch under heaters they are providing and talk on the phone through the window with your loved ones. I would absolutely recommend this community.

Beacon crest is truly one of a kind facility! I’ve never came across a staff member or resident when in the facility that wasn’t smiling and kind. You can truly tell those that live here love it and those that work here love the residents and their jobs. The environment is like no other! [names removed] and their team always go above and beyond and are such a pleasure to work with. I would 100% recommend this building to any one! If I could live here right now even being 30 I would!

Our family had the most positive experience with Beacon Crest. The management and the incredibly sweet and and thoughtful staff went above and beyond for my dad who was a resident, and also for our entire family. Every single employee went out of their way to make sure my dad was well taken care of and happy each day and that every member of our family was comfortable as well . This kind of care is pretty much impossible to find elsewhere and our family is forever grateful for everyone at Beacon Crest. They made a very difficult time in our lives so much easier and we will never forget the kindness we received and the 24/7 love and care they provided for my dad.

Over one year ago we moved our Mother into Beacon Crest. It was a big decision. It is home now and our Mother loves being apart of this experience. We have had many family events that Beacon Crest has hosted for us. We had our mothers 90th birthday here. It was catered by the personal chefs that are such a big part of Mom's life. We did Thanksgiving dinner here. Had all of our family, six family members, their spouses, children and grand children here. It was a great atmosphere and a very special memory. I cannot begin to thank Beacon Crest for the love and care they have provided to our Mother. A special shout out to Chef [name removed], who prepares meals every day for Mom. Right down to her special requests. Brings food to her room when she is not feeling well. Walks her to and from church, Makes sure the sidewalks are clear from snow and ice. This is a special place and a place that my Mother deserves in her aging years. She has earned it!

A Place for Mom has scored Beacon Crest Senior Living 9.9 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
