When we checked in it was just wonderful, friendly, happy ,they helped us move in and everything was very nice but then after we moved in it took forever to get things fixed or done, and there was no follow through, When we moved in the food was excellent, three weeks later the chef left, the food was awful, and the portion changes. The management changed. They were a few very caring staff , but the rest were not and I wouldn't recommend this community to other others.

Very impressive facility..clean, modern, local. The staff friendly, [Name removed]...was very busy but took the time to show me everything...I could move here. Still a problem with cost not much lower than [community name removed] when I add in extra stuff my mom need .. a studio or shared will work but she has no money, in a wheelchair but takes no meds. Property good.

[Name removed] has a wonderful, grounded, professional, and caring energy about her. I found the tour informative, insightful, and that it gave me a good idea of the services and care they offer. I am considering this senior living option at the top of my list.

I was impressed with AvantGarde, much more than expected. Loved the large lobby/seating area and all the community of residents. The idea of having two nurses on staff was definitely a draw! [Name removed], the marketing director is awesome!

I liked this place, and my tour guide was awesome. She took the time to explain how the family care industry worked. Both the facility and staff made a positive impression

It was a nice facility - I liked that it was completely new. Just seemed a bit cold and not that friendly.

Top of the line customer service and attention to detail that really helped reassure me when placing my cousin in this facility. The property is gorgeous but the staff and administration is what made us feel right at home and new instantly this was the right place for our loved family member!

I looked at various places for my mom here in the valley. It's a difficult decision and my mom is picky and has custom needs. The staff at Avant-Garde really care about the residents and provide a family atmosphere. I'm pleased with the experience we've had there thus far and found them to have very reasonable rates which helps our family a lot. I also love the clean new modern building! Activities are interesting and fun. They took the residents to the Price is Right show, on picnics and I recently attended a luau with authentic Hawaiian dancers and wonderful food! I heard one person say this place is a "hidden gem", I agree.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. Not only does it have that "new car smell" but it is beautifully decorated and just a lovely environment. My mom ended up choosing this community about 6 weeks ago and has had the best care and she is so happy she made this decision. All the staff is so upbeat, they seem genuinely passionate about what they do. My mom has made two new girlfriends already. They have really great parties too! Way to go AvantGarde! Thank you for all you do!

This facility was absolutely beautiful! My family and I toured it recently as a possible home for our grandmother and was blown away by not only the cleanliness of the facility, but personable, friendly demeanor of the staff. I definitely recommend Avant Garde to anyone looking for senior living arrangements!

Avant Garde is the most amazing place! Not only is the facility clean, beautiful and pristine, you will not be able to find a more caring group of staff to take care of your loved ones. My mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2009. Within three years, our family came to the realization that she needed a higher level of care. We did not know what to expect when we signed up with Avant Garde. To our delight, we have been so incredibly happy throughout these years. When we come to visit her, we find my mom always smiling. The Caregivers are the most genuine and caring people. They interact in a very personable way with each resident. Everyone is clean and well groomed and the caregivers always go the extra mile ... like putting make up on my mom's face, fixing her hair and painting her nails. The Med Techs and Nurses are attentive and prompt, The admin staff are super professional and always takes time to greet the visitors. The Activities Director keeps things fun with outings, arts and craft, music & entertainment and she facilitates numerous special events and holiday parties, year round. I am confident that my mom feels very safe and taken care of in this most caring environment! Thank you Avant Garde for all that you do!!! My family and I feel so fortunate and grateful!

We LOVE Avant Garde!!! My mom has been living there since January 2017 and has been having a GREAT time! he entertainment is top notch, the food is enjoyable, the caregivers and nursing/med techs are wonderful as well. It has recently had a construction upgrade which made it into a top notch enjoyable assisted living community...

My parents started here about 5 + years and I have been so happy with the care and concern over their care and well being. Every employee has been terrific with both my parents and always ensure they have what they need. My Mom is now there on her own and continues to be involved with various activities, outings and receiving excellent care. I could not ask for anything more. Any questions I have about my Mom, are always responded to and addressed quickly. This is my Mom's second family and I feel very secure with her being here.

I love this place! My grandmother has been a resident for over a year and she has never looked or felt better! There are so many activities and entertainment at AvantGarde and the staff is always so helpful and caring. I never have to worry about her well being! This is truly a great place!

Wow, this place is gorgeous! Brand new, high-end feel. Gorgeous furniture and clean, new and bright rooms. Love the putting green and the gorgeous outdoor sitting areas. Staff is SO friendly and warm. Lots of buzz and activity going on amongst the residents. Despite the brand new remodel, pricing was more reasonable than some of the competition in the area. Pet friendly! Super cool. Top two choices for my mom as of now.
