Our family had an in person tour and it was wonderful. The staff we met with were incredibly nice and one big thing that stood out to us was the director and the marketing team were not all about business. They wanted to make sure our loved one was going to be placed at the perfect community whether or not it was the Atria or some place else. We really appreciated that.
It is amazing here I love it here. This community is a very great deal for the money. The staff are very nice and fantastic with the residents. We have no problems. Anything I have had an issue with they fixed.
Our loved one is no longer there, because for him, there were too many people with memory issues that were not as active as he was. So he had difficulties with that. But the staff was very good. They were very friendly and competent. The facility was beautiful and very nice, and he enjoyed the food overall.
I am so appreciative that we made this move for my mother in law. It has been so good for her and us!
Is always hard to feel like you can't take care of your mom. I still work and travel. My mom was hiding how much she struggled to take care of daily tasks. My prayers were answered when she moved into Atria Windsor Woods. She has 3 meals and day an weekly housekeeping. She says she is enjoying her time there and meeting new people every day. They went out to a local restaurant last week and she had a very good time with the group. I am looking forward to my upcoming visit with her.
We chose Atria because I thought the facility had more activities to offer than the others that we looked into. The room sizes here are adequate and they have a good selection depending on your needs. It is nice that residents can be very independent here if they would like to. I would recommend to others looking.
We chose Atria because of the location, it is closer to the beach and when we fly in we can get there easily. Also it is near the heart hospital which is very nice. The grounds of the facility are beautiful. They have an in-ground pool and a Jacuzzi so he is excited for everything to start opening back up. His biggest complaint has been the food, they have limited people to bring in to the kitchen and the food has been poor quality. Other than that he has been extremely happy and loves his apartment. There is always something going on so they have plenty to do for the residents. I would highly recommend to others looking.
Atria Windsor Woods is a nice community. The community has an upscale feeling to it. A lot of activities had to be scaled back because of the pandemic. The food is very good for my loved one. The the bread pudding is great!
I would say not to go there. If you need assistance this is not the place to be. I would not recommend this community to others. Cards, Bingo, arts and crafts, exercise classes, puzzles and more were some of the activities for residents to choose from.
We noticed my mother-in-law declining over the years after my father-in-law passed away. She was depressed and losing weight. She fell and we knew it wasn't safe for her to be home alone anymore. We moved her into Atria Windsor Woods and noticed she started gaining a little weight back and was happy. We knew we did the right thing when she indicated she should have done this a long time ago. If you're thinking about making a move or moving a loved one into a community, check out Atria Windsor Woods. Great community and great people!
My wife and I moved in 2 months ago due to her falling at home. I have to say I am impressed. The director met with us after our tour to see if we had any questions or concerns about moving forward. She did not forget us after we moved in. She visited our apartment and met our fur babies. She always greets us by name and asks how we are adjusting. I wish we had moved years ago.
I just had to thank you for the great job Atria Windsor Woods in Hudson Florida is doing taking care of my Mother. During this difficult time with the virus I know it has been hard on the residence and staff. In spite of the difficulties the staff has done an awesome job making sure that my mother has still received the best care.. We so appreciate the staff there are so many but a few that I would like to mention are [names removed] these are just a few of the ladies that have worked so hard and showed such kindness that I would like them to receive some recognition. Thank you again for all you are doing to help make this difficult time easier.
My mom has lived at Atria Windsor Woods for over a year. I can honestly say it's been the best decision we made. My mom will not tell me anything she does. I follow on Facebook and the Director will send me photo bombs of her at different activities. I can say I would recommend this place to everyone.
My mom was living with me and I hated that I just didn't have time to juggle school and work and her. I moved her into Atria Windsor Woods during COVID. It was the best experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I am a nurse was impressed on all the safety protocols that were in place.
We looked at a couple different places but this community had the right size rooms. They offer a variety of rooms sizes, they had one bedroom, one bedroom with a small kitchen, two bedroom, or two bedroom with a kitchen. The price was fairly reasonable and the community is close to home which is important. The staff members at this community were very helpful and super friendly. Some activities they had before COVID were games in the lobby where they could play cards. They would bring bands in to play for the residents, and they also have a library.
As a nurse I was very skeptical about placing my mother in an ALF. The staff at Atria, Windsor Woods have gone above and beyond to make my mom feel welcome as well as myself. It has been a five out of five experience thus far! Due to Covid 19, she is still on her mandatory isolation so she has not attended any activities, but she will and is excited to get involved!
Loved this Atria property Room layout did not meet our needs Friendly staff Nice amenities.
Beautiful place, very friendly staff and residents.
Very friendly staff - and helpful. I didn’t consider this location since they had the larger studios and apartments - we were looking for smaller spaces
We toured the Atria Windsor Woods and it was a very nice community. The staff was friendly and helpful answering the questions we had about what they could offer for my dad. They could not accommodate my dad's dietary needs so we chose another community that was a better fit.
