Dad lives here. Was happy for a while but began noticing negative things. Food choices were less and less, always running out of the nightly specials though they know how many people live here. Food quality bad, overly salty or overly bland. Nice write up of food such as creamy risotto with asparagus tips but really getting white rice and a couple asparagus stems. He had been told to move his dinner seat several times but he should be able to sit wherever he wants to. If his assigned weekly housekeeper calls out sick they don’t replace her, so his garbage piles up and his bedsheets go unchanged. Now he is involved in a “lockdown” meaning nobody will be allowed to leave their room for a week because there is a stomach flu going around. They stopped serving coffee in the morning for no right reason. They are tossing TV dinners in his room because they closed the dining room. This all sounds like an institution, not a person’s home which is what they promote. He’s already here and doesn’t have enough money to lose another month or two fee if he leaves but he and I am suggesting avoiding living here unless you like institutional living at penthouse prices.

Clean place, great decor, some friendly desk staff, some not so friendly. The apartments ar3 adequate sizes, co7ld use a little updating, ex, the kitchen area is ver6 small and dated appliances and counter top, would be nice if the wall between the kitchen and living room was a half wall with counter top. So with that said, some of the aids are nasty to the residents. The house keeper are nice but they don’t do a thorough job, the microwave and refrigerators are never cleaned. And now for the main reason I’m giving it a low rating., I thought the staff could be trusted but my sisters pain pills, money, and jewelry have gone missing so that is why I took her out

The food is terrible and they always say they ran out of the daily specials. The weekly cleaning staff who do the apartments overlook so much dirt, they never clean the microwave or refrigerator and I’m not able to do it myself because of my limitations. Some of the aids are downright nasty. And I thought I was misplacing things until I spoke with other residents who also “misplace” their pills, jewelry, and money. You figure it out!! I’d leave but I have no one to help me move so basically I’m stuck here for the duration.
