  • Staff and residents were super friendly. The prices were very reasonable. Love the golf cart service so mom could have a door that opens to the outside and not feel so claustrophobic. Their great balance of respect for privacy and yet support in avoiding isolation of residents is wonderful. There was a large, dead roach in the shower of the model unit, but I hope that was just an anomaly since they're trying to do some new work on the units. Andy, the lead manager, was fun, respectful, professional, and very kind -- didn't try to push or up-sell us. We had a free lunch and it was good even though they were down the chef that day. Very down to earth.

  • Perfect for me!

I am very happy with my choice. I like the fact that this is more like an apartment than a hotel with a front and back door. I have a balcony and patio where I can sit outside looking at the lovely grounds. Food is adequate; tenants and staff are very friendly; many activities including "Happy Hour" with entertainment every Monday and Friday. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is that it is an older facility so some of the apartments are a little dated.

  • My friend loved the location of this property and the apartments were a nice size. [name removed] was very gracious and did everything she could to lower the monthly price. My friend was not as comfortable with a property that required her to go outside to the dining room or other community rooms.
