Unfortunately we have not really been able to visit this community much, they just started construction when COVID hit, and the residents had to lock down. We are aware of the activities they have and they are good. They offer bingo, and some group gatherings. Also live entertainment but that has been cutback since COVID. We really like how Arden Courts is a dementia and Alzheimer's community, they are really geared towards that. That staff has been very accommodating during this time, they have really done the best they can.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
I liked the fact that this facility provided memory care only assistance and it was my top consideration of choice. It had nice decor but it did show some aging of which they are in the process of doing some upgrades.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
My sister has been in Arden Ct of WPB for a little over 2 months and already I am regretting putting her there. The staff is extremely rude, on our first day we got locked out when it was getting a little dark and non of them would let us back in. Till today we are still trying to get to the bottom of why they changed the time of when her meds should be administered. Because of that she has had quite a few behavioral episodes. Although the facility is clean and inviting, I'm regretting moving her from the Arden Ct in Yardley which the staff was the opposite. They always went out of their way to do for my sister. They don't understand that these decisions are extremely difficult to make but didn't care.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
