No loss. Staff takes care of their needs without being asked- turns down bed, lays out p.j's , gets them different food even after meal has been served if there is a problem. Nursing staff on top of most everything all the time. Procedures for disease prevention enforced routinely and with consistency. You provide Depends/diapers and wipes if needed. Nothing else. Once through buzzers and in lobby and then through next buzzer into facility you and/ or residents can go anywhere inside or out. Outside measured in acres and I guess patrolled every 15 minutes (could be off on that). Programs in shared community center on and off through out the day and early evening. Residents seem to really like the food and it sure smells good. Delivered by kitchen staff in a hot steam table. Our dog comes to visit everyone at least twice a week. I am usually there five days a week for relative short visits as my family member has limited attention span (also doesn't want to miss some activities or meals). Obviously I am happy with Arden Court of Palm Harbor where memory care residents are not second class citizens and that is all they do- memory care. Only concern is when money runs out eventually and she is on Medicaid, she will have to leave and I don't know the kind of facility she will end up in. That is a huge worry. For now she is happy.... I needed memory care for my husband quickly. Arden Courts of Palm Harbor was found for us by a care placement agency. It was a hard time but I never felt alone. Not only did Arden Courts take great care of my husband-they took care of me. They asked if I was eating right and sleeping well. They helped me learn how to visit him and handle the changes he was going through. Every person there is a special kind of person. They are compassionate, kind, gentle and caring. Each resident is cared for based on their own needs. I never doubted that we were getting the best care possible. If you have to go through the difficult process of finding memory care, please look at Arden Courts of Palm Harbor. They will guide you every step of the way.

Clean, I cannot say enough for this skilled nursing memory care facility. The staff know each of their patients and give them lots of individual attention. The facility is decorated as if the patient was at home, a real friendly place to live. All requests are handled immediately, no one passes the buck. Arden Courts is highly recommended
Moving my mother into an Assisted Living Memory Care unit was not an easy decision. However, the folks at Arden Court worked very hard to ensure that it was a seamless transition. The staff are fantastic, caring folks who truly care for the residents.

I visited several local memory care facilities prior to Arden Courts of Palm Harbor. I knew at the first visit that Arden Courts was the place for my mother in law. The ability to walk outside along with the homelike setting has been wonderful for her. The staff is so patient and kind. They understand memory care patients. I recommended Arden Courts of Palm Harbor to a coworker, a fellow RN. We have all been pleased with the care our family members have received.

Memory care only, lovely facility, but the best caring staff you will find! With only 54 residents the facility is homey, the staff knows all the residents. The activities are great and the special events include the family and are excellent. Trust your loved one here in Palm Harbor.

My mother has been a resident of Arden Courts since 2011. She is well cared for and she is loved by the staff there. She is always clean and nicely groomed. We so appreciate all the special activities they offer for the residents and their families.

My dad has lived here for a year and a half. I can't imagine him living anywhere else. They set the bar so high. From the top down, they are amazing. You can tell they are trained to care for people with Alzheimer's and other forms of Dementia. They have consistent staff and even their agency workers are consistent. Every step of this journey with your loved one you have their full support. They are always willing to share resources, tips, and overall guidance. You can tell they are in it for the residents (and their families), not for the money. The care speaks for itself.

My father has been there for 6 years. The staff is very stable, not a lot of turnover. They treat my father like family. We were very comfortable even during the COVID lockdown that he was being taken care of.
Before covid I used to volunteer here at Arden Courts for memory care support groups and I would absolutely recommend this community to other families. If it wasn't for the location and it being to far away our loved one would be here now. The place is immaculately clean. They have a wonderful set up over there, there are little areas that are all decorated differently which is extremely creative. One area may be decorated to resemble a library and another area will be decorated to resemble a cottage beach. The residents basically have free rain inside and can go to all these different areas. They have a ton of different activities, the staff are very caring, kind and patient with their residents.
My family and i couldn't be happier with Arden Courts. The caregivers truly care about the residents. The facility is always clean. My dad's laundry is done once or twice a day. [name removed] the Executive Director is great. She communicates everything and always makes time if I need to ask her something. [name removed] made move-in easy. [name removed] the programming director is fabulous. She gets everyone involved, no matter their level. I highly recommend this place!
I am the medical surrogate for my aunt who is 99 years old with advanced dementia. Sadly we live hundreds of miles apart. She has been at Arden Court in Palm Harbor for just over one year. I have been able to visit her and am fully confident that she is receiving the best possible care. The staff has made tremendous efforts to stay in regular touch with me, and goes above and beyond to facilitate my phone conversations with my aunt. The care they exercise to make her comfortable and happy is exceptional. I cannot say enough about this excellent memory care facility.

It's been a fairly good experience. It's a nice facility. There's a huge outdoor area with gazebos and tables and umbrellas. You can walk quite a long ways out there without running into a fence. It's very secure, and you can go out and spend as much time out there as you like, which is really nice. They constantly have a lot of activities, even after dinner. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They do everything they can to help me and help my loved one. I wish they would pay a little more attention to her hygiene. I've had some conversations with them and am waiting to see how they respond. But other than that, everything has been pretty good.

It is beyond my expectations. We had to fight my loved one to go to a place like this. My loved one hasn't complained about the community. I would highly recommend this community to anyone. The staff has found a way to keep her content, well beyond what I had hoped for. I am able to have virtual calls with my loved one. The staff are very responsive to calls from family members. They go out of their way to assist the residents and families. There was a staff member that went and visited my loved one that was in a different community for a bit due to COVID. This staff member brought my loved one her favorite meal to accommodate the brief change

My mom's situation, which basically happened overnight; and making the decision to place her in a facility has been one of the hardest things I have ever done in my life. The staff at Arden Courts has been professional, caring, compassionate, and thorough. I am a health care worker myself, and very particular with the care I receive. When I was looking for a facility for my mother, I had to go by word of mouth, reviews online, and other health care professionals that I knew. I did my research. I am so VERY pleased with my decision. My mom tells me how well she is cared for every time I see her. The staff at Arden Courts are experts in memory care and know how to engage this population in activities to keep their brains active. They have become like family. Phone calls, texts, and emails are answered quickly. Your loved ones best interest and safety are their goals, along with helping to meet the family's needs. Thank you Arden Courts for taking such good care of my mom.

I want to thank everyone from the Administration on down, who had any type of care for my mom. She had fantastic care at Arden and I know she could be a "handful”. Mom had a mind of her own and then you add the dementia to this was tough. Mom always said the most devastating part of her life was not being able to drive because of her eye sight. You then add the hearing loss and dementia and you have an unhappy camper, but rightly so. I could never understand how she took her 3 mile walks to eat Wendy's. Upon getting a call from the Sheriff's office about mom's safety quickly took a trip down to Florida to move her. We picked Arden Courts because of her buddy, Ray who lived at the facility near Oakhurst and donated the putting green that currently sits at Palm Harbor. Mom always spoke highly of Arden Courts and it was a no brainer when mom got sick and we needed to make a decision to move her somewhere she could be safe. I was happy that mom was able to make friends of both the

My sister and I had been taking turns caring for our Mom in our homes when we realized that, despite our best efforts, we could no longer continue to do so. After some research, we settled on admitting her to Arden Courts of Palm Harbor. Due to the pandemic this was a difficult decision,as we were placing her into a facility sight unseen and then being unable to visit her for an unknown length of time. [names removed] walked us through the process step by step, always helpful and encouraging, very understanding of how difficult the situation was for us. They addressed our numerous questions, including the precautions they were taking during COVID. Since her admission, Mom has adjusted beautifully. [names removed] made sure Mom has a lovely, comfortable room and sent us pictures of the end result as well as pictures of Mom in activities. It is clear that the staff considers her to be an individual, not just a room number, and they understand how difficult it is for her to be away from us. They go to great lengths to cater to her special likes, such as her love of music and of ice cream. We cannot say enough good things about the kindness, personal attention (putting her hair in rollers!), and care they give mom every day. The nurses, caregivers and administrative staff are all readily available by phone and are always willing to answer questions, give updates, and arrange phone calls and FaceTime meetings for us. Even though it remains difficult to be separated from Mom, we are truly grateful for the assurance and peace of mind we have of her well being at Arden Courts of Palm Harbor. Thank you all so much!!
