The gentleman I helped was there for two days before he passed away so I thought it was strange to have to pay for a whole month when he was only there for like 48 hours. I was not impressed with that. They were polite and seemed caring so that's why we chose it - there were nice people there.
Read moreThey are amazing, they've been super helpful. They have done a great job with the Covid-19 pandemic making sure all the residents remain safe. The community never smells, its always clean, and there are never any spills. They do seem to be a little understaffed only because the two women that work there always seem very busy with providing care. Adding some staff might alleviate some of their workload for the better. There are always plenty of activities, they play games and even sing! It's definitely a good value as my father is getting better care for less than what we were paying at his previous community. They are also always sending photos or videos of my dad participating in activities, which we appreciate greatly!
