There must be one toilet for every 1 residents and one bath or shower for every 1 residents. There is a maximum occupancy of 2 residents per room. These include assistance with ADLs, promote each resident’s health, safety, and well-being consistent with the resident negotiated care plan, administration of health care treatments, and general responsibility for each resident.
