This community has a number of provisions concerning food and diet which include Periodic oversight of special diets by a dietitian or nutritionist, bedtime and between meal snacks must be available, and three nutritious meals must be provided each day. This type of community is required to offer a number of services. These include Provide protection, guidance, and supervision, Monitoring the community s medication management plan and infection control plans, periodic health care and oversight through a licensed health care professionall, and Promote the resident s involvement with appropriate community resources.
