This screening includes a number of areas of interest such as communities must propose a service agreement or service plan prior to the date on which the prospective resident executes a contract or the date on which he or she moves in, whichever is earlier and assessment by an RN of a prospective resident’s physical and cognitive needs. This type of community is required to offer a number of services. These include laundry , assistance with at least three activities of daily living , assistance with self-administration of medication, and Periodic opportunities for socialization.
