Most people were very friendly, others not so much. Laundry often was not picked up, and/or returned. Same with trash. Cleaning was minimal. Meals were not good. Too salty. Not enough salads, fruit & veggies.

My father has only been at Twin Oaks for about three weeks, but it has been a generally good experience for us so far. It is an older building, but we have found the facility to be very reasonably priced and the staff to be kind caring, and generally wonderful people.

Staff interaction/communication is excellent. They are taking very good care of mother in law. They relieved us of a big burden and have been wonderful. I would recommend to others, and I already have.
