Very friendly staff; Mom feels safe and respected; clean and welcoming environment; feels comfortable and sense of community; as with any change it takes a little while to adjust and adapt, but now Mom is happy and doing much better than when she was home.

They have Bingo on Friday's. We picked this community, because it was more homey and down to earth. They are very attentive to my loved one. I would recommend to other families.

The administrator is wonderful and she has hired a lot of friendly and caring people. There are definitely "fancier" facilities with more amenities but Heritage Place feels "homey" and loves their residents
