They are very attentive and prompt. The aide that came and worked with my mom was outstanding. I really appreciated the care that she gave my mother. One time my mother cancelled an appointment in the beginning when she was resisting needing assistance, and they called to let me know she had done that, which I appreciated. The only challenge I had was that after the services concluded, I had to call them several times to get information to help us understand the billing. But once I did contact them about it, they handled it and straightened it all out for me right away. I would definitely use them again.

To families looking into this home care service - negotiate the price and be aware that they are related to the Spring Hills Senior Living community and both have excellent ratings. We would recommend this home care to other families.

They've very accommodating. Whenever I need to schedule an appointment, I'm able to do it. They try to send the same person all the time, because my loved one has dementia. That way he's familiar with the caregiver. I get PT services through them, and he loves his PT guy. He tries to engage him both physically and mentally. Basically ease of use is excellent. I've never had any issues. Their cost is comparable to other companies They're excellent, and I would highly recommend them. We get in-home care, but I've been to their facility, and it's nice as well.

We chose Spring Hills Home Care Services because they were able to come right to my home and they brought the staff members they thought would fit well with us. They made the interview process very quick and easy. I would tell others just to make sure to check the holiday schedules that they have.

My mom has truly enjoyed having a caregiver from Spring Hills. They are attentive, punctual, professional and caring. The office even take the time to check in weekly with mom and also check ups on the caregivers to make sure there isn't any issues. We have been with Spring Hills for two years now and have enjoyed it.

During my interaction with individuals in the office, I have been treated with respect and professionalism. They keep a good balance of client needs vs. caregiver needs ! I was very happy with this nice community. We found the staff to be helpful and caring.The community was clean and maintained. The menu was appealing with a nice variety. Activities are offered for the residents who want to participate. We would recommend the care of this community to other families.

The care that my dad received was lovely. The lady was on time every shift that we needed her. She also was able to do all the chores and things we asked before she left. She and my dad worked well with each other. They really were there for us when we really needed them.
