Michael LaVigne came out to do an assessment & dazzled Mom with his charm, good looks & snappy wardrobe. He impressed me with his commitment, dedication & care in service. The CNA selected was a perfect fit! She is mature, intelligent & perfectly capable of operating with minimal supervision. A quick study & self-starter. Although we've only had 2 encounters, I am very much pleased as the daughter of the client! :-)

This team of caregivers is loving, professional and well organized. I don't have to worry about my mom's care. They think of things so I don't have to. I truly appreciate the attentiveness and personal connections they have made with both my mom and myself. We are partnering together to make sure she has the best care possible. I truly am grateful.

Right at home was the second service we used when my mother's memory care issue became more pronounced. She was experiencing sundowner's syndrome and had begun wandering. We started with about 6 hours a day, which was expanded to 9 hours a day and we used Right At Home Valley Oaks for a little over a month. The caretaker had the perfect temperament and connected strongly with my mother. She engaged my mother in conversation, card playing, and the two of them went shopping together. We couldn't have asked for a more loving person. She was able to take some of the stress away from this difficult situation. Because the Alzheimer's Disease had escalated, we've moved my mother into a memory care community. We appreciate all the kindness provided by Right At Home Valley Oaks.

Right at home has been wonderful. They have been very reliable, and show up when they say they are going to show up, and they leave when they say they are going to leave. We have had the same caregiver since day one. It has been fantastic.

The lady I spoke with understood exactly what was going on and was able to really articulate and communicate the best practices and how to move forward in caring for my dad. The communication has stayed great, and the quality of care dad is receiving from Right at Home - Laguna Hills is top notch.

All of the people were wonderful. I highly recommend them. They allowed us free time to go out knowing mom was safe and cared for.

I needed an in-home caregiver for my mother. While the duties I needed handled are minimal, Right at Home of Southern Pennsylvania was the first to respond and have been a welcome asset. They are always on time and have covered every time frame that I need. I would recommend them to anyone in need of assistance. My mother enjoys the visit from the care givers.

I appreciate the kindness that the caregivers give to my dad each week. They are helpful in getting him to appointments and social activities during the week. They care for my dad while my siblings are at work. I am most thankful between the 2 caregivers, they are able to work it out to have one or the other there to help out my dad.

Your company is a Godsend. When my mom started her problems with dementia I stopped my life to take her to doctors and find out what was going on. She lived in Columbus, I live northeastern Atlanta. So, I stopped everything to find out what was wrong. She had to be hospitalized for acute Pancreas... so after 3weeks in the hospital they found and treated the acute pancreasitis and a bad ulcer in her stomach. She was released, that is another story... my oldest brother and I oversee mom, and another sibling pretended to be me and told the hospital nurse she was not capable of taking care of personal activities... it took me 24hours to get her out of the place, so she recovered staying part time with my brother and part time with me. I came across a book totally by accident regarding personal care..so she begged me to go home and my conditions whet she had a personal care person 3x a week for baths and such..after 2 yrs I fired them for incompetence. Some of theses places are not certified CNA, which really upset me....I let her try a retirement home close to me for months and hired a CNA from there certified. Meantime, I took a State CNA program and just received my certification. Now I know how little they knew and should not be taking care of dementia patients. Well, I could tell she was getting worse and took her to every doctor, encrindologist, internist. The internist became my go to person, he made apt with lung doctor, heart doctor, then neurologist. The Neurologist were my saviors.... they gave me a brochure To a place for seniors, I liked it because it was non profit so no one was buying into the service. She looked at me and said you need this more than she...I did not understand but after looking into it and talking to Sandra Fricks....I finally felt there was real help out there and she periodically checks to see if things are going well and people she recommended called me back. Even found me a place in Savannah, when my mom is visiting my brother right now to give me a break. I am a huge advocate of your services...I was just lucky that a neurologist saw how tired I was and gave me the brochure....I thank God every day for Sandra Fricks. I'm very satisfied with Right at home at wake county. I'm satisfied with the staff, cleanliness of the facility, care provided, and activities offered.

Overall our experience with Right at Home has been very good! The aides they've sent have been friendly and professional, and we haven't ever run into any difficulties with scheduling or having people show up late.

I think they are great. The first week we had a gal that was really nice, she was excellent. She decided for whatever reason to leave the company. After that we had another gal for a couple of weeks and she was fabulous also. The representative that we interviewed, was very nice and down to earth, no pressure, she made us feel really comfortable. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

From everything I've heard things seem to be going very well with Right at Home! I've heard nothing but good things from my loved ones.

They are doing a very good job. For the most part we have two ladies that come, but we do have others from time to time. They are pretty consistent.

Wonderful! They have excellent care, and they are very cooperative, as far as changing times and adding sessions. The caregivers are wonderful. There was one personality conflict, but they were willing to change and take her off the schedule and put someone else back on. They have been very accommodating, and as far as being able to get in touch with the owners, there was one day one of the gals were in the neighborhood and stopped by to see how we were doing.

I don't know if you want a review of the agency or of the worker that they sent. The agency brought an excellent worker, but after that, it was impossible to speak to anyone at the agency, I would usually be told that the person I wanted to speak with was at a meeting, and they never returned my call. However, I still have the same person caring for my husband 36 hours per week. She is doing an excellent job and is a very hard worker. We are very pleased with HER.
