The Manager is very hard to reach and takes multiple times to get a message back from her. She is hard to reach and is always in office for only about 4 hours a day. The apartment is a decent size with a full kitchen with lots of cabinet spaces. Their is a communal wash machining and dryer for residents to use. I wish their was an elevator instead of stairs so my mom didn't have to walk up 6 flights of stairs to access her apartment and having to go up and down the stairs to get mail, bring in groceries with no help from the manager as she is the only staff at this community.

It is a great community, they have beautiful décor inside. Their is transportation for residents as well as covered parking. Anytime dining from 7am-8pm, their is a kitchen in my dads apartment as well so he able to pick and choose what meal he wants. Activities they have is poker, card games, senior trips as well as ice cream trips. The staff communication is awesome, they keep an constant open line of communication. They also have this amazing app where they upload activities of what my dad has been doing.

The experience overall has been good. I feel like the community is short staff at night and weekends due to using agency staff. [removed name] is amazing with the care she gives to my mom. My mom doesn't like that she doesn't have any choices. There's a set menu. My mom would prefer if the their was more spices added to the food for flavoring.
