The one positive about this community, is that if our loved one would of ran out of money they can't kick you out. However the food was terrible as well as the presentation. It felt more like a kids cafeteria. The rooms initially what they called a single room (only available) was only big enough for a hospital bed and one little tiny chair and that was it. Our loved one then moved into a one bedroom which was very sub standard. It had a tiny living room that was not big enough for a couch, it fit only two chairs. They do not allow kitchens so the rooms only had a microwave. They did do a nice job initially with the covid protocols - they did have good communication, but in general we were disappointed. We would have not kept our loved one in their if it was our choice. There was almost no activity. There is a tiny area outside but there was no parking for visitors.

My husband [name removed].??, was there for an open wound care, 2017, all they cared about was Physical therapy ?? his room was not hardly clean, PT. Never locked his wheel chair when brought back to room. He almost tipped over 4x. Kept a blue matt,by his left outside of bed on floor in case he fell, some CNA's were terrible, place understaffed, at times, not a safe place. Ceo is not capable of handling complaints of family members, side doors outside of building were broken, and anyone could sneak in, no cameras to watch if anyone could enter on side door. I wouldn't recommend this place, really. Not what its cut up to be. Especially if person has Dementia ??. I give it a 0 REVIEW ??. Argued everyday for my spouse. He was not happy at all. It may be ok for temporary rehabilitation, but not for permanent resident ?? half of the time call light in room not working.

My mother was scheduled for a family visit during Covid-19. While we were waiting, they found her unresponsive and needed to call 911. She was rushed by ambulance to nearest hospital. She was found to have been severely hydrated and had high sodium levels with a UTI. They do not even care to make sure dementia patients are given basic need of water. Very upset and would love to not give the caretakers water where they become unresponsive and almost die.

I had to move my wife out of here quickly. In the memory care department if someone has a fit they send them away so that they can get more medication. The staff also did not know how to take care of my wife and her needs. We both just did not feel comfortable here at all. They even told me that I needed to pay another nurse to come in and take care of her. I felt that was what I'm paying you guys for. It was a bad experience to say the least.
