The staff at Garden at Jackson Creek so far have been very attentive. I love it there. It is really nice. They have plenty of activities although mom does not participate in any. Overall very good experience here.

The Gardens at Jackson Creek have been very helpful from day one. They are extremely friendly at this facility. The staff gave mom a calendar that was so helpful to her. We are really enjoying our experience here so far!

I would love to live at this facility myself! The Gardens at Jackson Creek have every appliance you could ever need. I love that they have a walking track, library, theater, etc. The staff will take you out for groceries, Dr. appointments, and anything else that you need. We also love that they provide offsite activities. I also appreciate how pet friendly they are. The location is wonderful! I do wish they had a little more security during the day. Overall this place is wonderful and would highly recommend.

The staff has been very helpful in orienting me to my new home and getting me involved in activities to interact with the other residents.

My mother-in-law is still in process of moving in. So far the staff and others have been very friendly. Maintenance has been completed very quickly. The only negative I has is they need to stress that ONLY phone company is COMCAST. They had it listed, but to me was as an option, not as not being able to get anyone else. Plus, (and I will send a letter), it doesn't help when AT&T doesn't know they can use the lines. Mother-in-law has been without a phone for two weeks.

They have been wonderful. There is such a positive atmosphere. It's so different than where I was living before. Everyone is very friendly, the staff has just been wonderful. The other residents have been very pleasant and nice. I like that you can pick and choose what events you would like to participate in. I like that if I want to eat in the dining room I can, but it's not included in my monthly cost. They were pretty reasonably priced here as well. I have a bigger room, and a kitchen for less than where I was before.

I don't have anything negative to say about The Gardens at Jackson Creek. It has been a positive experience. Compared to everything we looked at this one was the best. Everyone was super friendly. We were certain that we would choose this to place our parents. Amy is a wonderful person to work with and made sure all of our questions were answered. She made the moving process go very smoothly. This is a great place.

i liked the place nice and clean not pleased with the person at care services but over all i give the facility a 5 star rating the place was very clean in and out i would recommend this to others and their loved ones they do a very great job

It was exactly what my mother was looking for! The surrounding area is all new and everything there is nice and convenient. It has really been a great experience at The Gardens at Jackson Creek and I would highly recommend them. The facility is new and very nice, and the staff is exceptional.

The Gardens at Jackson Creek is a wonderful place (nice facility and very clean) with very helpful staff. The staff there is just as sweet as they can be, and every resident we have seen is really friendly and talk about how much they really love the place.

Everyone, staff and residents, are friendly and welcoming. The facility is emaculate and has many on site activities. We are lucky to have found The Gardens at Jackson Creek.

Everything is going good. We don't have any issues at all. The staff is friendly and it's nice and clean. She has settled in and likes it. It's a nice place and she is happy there.

She is very happy there. It's spotless clean. Each apartment has it's own washer and dryer. They take residents to dinner once a month, they have a theater and beauty salon, they have a continental breakfast. As they get more residents, they will get a chef. They have beautiful dining room and a lovely kitchen. They have a service that delivers food at a nominal charge, it's very good. They have a little putting green, and a nice patio. They are also getting ready to open their community store. They have a shuttle bus, to go to the store. They were really the best overall value.

From the first time we stopped in for a tour, got through the application process and got my Dad moved in...everyone from the staff to the residents was extremely helpful, kind and supportive. My Dad loves the facility and the independence it gives him. He has just the right amount of socialization for him. And his apartment was perfect on move in day...just like new. I recommend this facility highly.

Has Beauty shop; alot of activities; free transportation to doctors within area; free transportation to grocery store; nice clean friendly facility. Also Clay Co. pays all but $15 for Life Alert system. If interested will need SS benefit letter of current year; Fitness Ctr; Has laundry connections for electric in each apt.

The Gardens at Jackson Creek is a great facility with a wonderful community of tenants that enjoy investing themselves into one another. I would like for them to add a lunch option, right now it is breakfast only. Everything is very nice.

My mother has lived at The Gardens for over a year now and it has been a blessing. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help and she enjoys having meals available, activities and friends to talk to. I have a peace of mind with her being in a secured building. She likes being able to venture outside and loves the view from her window overlooking the river.

I have recently moved into this community and so far I am pleased with how things are going. The staff have been friendly as well as attentive to all of my needs. I also liked the meals and activities that they provide us throughout the week. The social environment is great and all of the residents have been welcoming to me in this transition. I would recommend it to anyone.
