This has been one of the best experiences of my life. A beautiful, well-planned apartment, freindly personnel, good food, in all agreat place to live!

Staff is very friendly and attention. Very Professional. My sisters health has improved.

The Mansions is a perfect fit for our father with it being independent living. He really benefits from all the activities put on by the great activities coordinator. They have in house therapy and in house nursing care that you can pay for extra if your loved one needs any type of nursing care. The location is very convenient and we do think they take great care of the residents there. One of the most important things to us is the social aspect of living here and the residents can be as social as they want with the activities and during the meals

Very good. I like living here ,and all of the positive things on ratings is what the Mansion At Decatur is about.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a really great tour experience everyone was extremely nice and friendly.

The building looks brand new and bright and cheery. The residents were laughing and they all spoke to us. The apartments all have patios and washers and dryers. I felt right at home the minute I hit the front door. Staff was very attentive.

I love living here. Everyone is very friendly and staff is very helpful. The food is very good. Apartments are very nice. I feel very much at home here.

The staff are very friendly, good. And the activity department [name removed] is the most helpful and dedicated working.

This is a very friendly community and they have a lot of activities available. My loved one is happy here and that is the main important thing. They have activities like singing, morning work outs, church services, and he even has a music session where him and someone else play music together. They have games and other things also but my loved one had not participated in those yet.

The apartments are fairly good size. They always have someone on call or at the front desk 24-7. They do a good job of providing a secure place. They take temperatures daily. They do a great job of keeping things cleaned and such during this pandemic clear up until now. They offer a variety of activities. Most recently we had a singer come for St. Patrick's Day. People come and play music for us. They provide busing for restaurants and other things.

The Mansions at Gwinnett Park exceeds the elderly care expectations we had, and my dad couldn't be happier.

The Staff at The Mansions at Gwinnett are all first class, friendly and extremely hospitable. My parents moved in together. It's only been a couple of months but so far they seem to like it. We are all still busy with moving their things out of their former home and prepping it for sale. This is a saddening experience for all of us but there is peace and comfort in knowing they are well taken care of at The Mansions while we go through this process.

I'm sad to read these kinds of reviews about the Mansions on this website because they are not true. I am the daughter of a resident at Alpharetta, and I can tell you, not all the residents and their families feel this way. Mom says the chef is wonderful, and the food is very good. The staff is always sweet and helpful and go out of their way to make sure that the residents are all treated well. They say it takes a few bad apples to ruin a whole basket and I can tell you, not all of the residents agree with you! This is their home, and they love it. I do not know what you are trying to accomplish, but it makes many of us sad to see you (just a handful) act this way.

My mother has lived here about 3 months now and I am thrilled with her new home. People always say hello to me when I walk in. They have good COVID precautions, checking the temperature of everyone who comes in. There are plenty of activities and people really seem to have fun there. They do numerous trips. There is a physical therapy office right in the building. The rooms are spacious and well designed. The cafeteria makes my mother a special order sandwich for each meal. Everything always feels clean and fresh there. I HIGHLY recommend The Mansions. It is much better than the [community name removed] next door where we had a terrible experience.

My experience has been great so far, The Mansions is awesome. The staff are awesome, amazing, polite and very friendly. The community is kept very clean, the means and dining and the activities are great and the value for cost is fair.

I was given a couple tours and really liked the place. My Sister-in-law moved in and has loved most everything. We've been waiting to get hot water to her room since May-so she finally has it in her kitchen but not the bathroom. She is definitely not a fan of the food. :( But staff are wonderful and she's made a lot of friends.

The Mansions feel and look like a home, it feels like a very safe place for the residents. We were very impressed when we first started this process, it just exceeded our expectations. The value for cost is great for everything they are offering.

What really stood out to us in the beginning was the general community of the residents and the workers there. The workers seem to know and accommodate the residents well without crazy accommodations or being told.

We liked this place but it was a bit too far from our home and they didn’t provide transportation to my mom’s church due to the distance I suppose
