We like this community for the wonderful care that is being received here. The staff are caring and helpful and keeping us informed. We have had meals here and the food is very good. They have a calendar of great activities that she enjoys. We like the clean community inside and out. We would recommend this community to other families for care and a good value for a loved one

I loved the way there was so much interaction with the residents here. I would love to stay here if I had to go anywhere. This just was not the right fit for my in laws. The environment was just not right for them. This is a terrific community.

Very nice living arrangements, but not affordable at this time.

I take this significant opportunity to express significant, sincere appreciation for an exposure to the American House Senior Living in South field, Michigan. Latresa was an exceptional hostess that took vast time to explain American House in detail. Moreover, yesterday, Wednesday 7/6/16, she was extremely thorough providing a tour of your exemplary senior facility!

Pricely, but it was my first choice.

This was an easy smooth move for me into this community everything is just fine for me. I really enjoy this community and everything they have to offer it is really nice. The staff has been very helpful to me and helping me settle into the community. It has really been an easy going experience for me and I am really happy where I am at. It is really comfortable here and the other residents here have been nothing but kind to me. Very Happy with my choice to move here.

This place is very well maintained and everyone seems to work to make activities fun for the residents.

Loved the Village and the area. It is a little more than I would like to pay but still making a decision.

Toured, great place. My Dad actually drove out on his own to just check out where it was, did not go in. He was impressed with my description He was picked up by The Director and took a full tour with her. He thought he could not afford, assured him he could. He was given the name of a couple who have resided there for 2 years to contact. Unknown if he has done that yet. This is still my top choice. I am waiting on him to make a decision for now.

My mother will be moving in at Moraine Ridge in October. Staff have been extremely kind, patient, and wonderful to my mother and me. My mom is so excited to move in!

Nice place and director was great!

The staff are caring and attentive. Mom likes the food and enjoys some of the daily activities they offer. They keep the community well maintained. This community came recommended by someone that already lived there. I feel comfortable with this community and I would recommend it.

I loved this community when we visited. The staff I met were helpful and wonderful. They offer activities. The rooms are wonderful. This community was however a little out of our price range.

I really liked how the houses where divided in this community, they where conveniently located close to the main lobby and where close to the other residents apartments. This was my loved ones and I top choice of tours that we had taken of all the different facilities, it was just way to expensive and out of her budget for what they had to offer.

This is a very nice community. It is nice, clean and well decorated. The staff is friendly and attentive. There seem to be a good number of activities to keep the residents engaged and socially active. Overall, we have had a good experience at Lahser.

My brother and sister in law are very satisfied so far. We picked this community becasue it was close to family. They lived around 5 miles away so familiar with area. Close to their doctors, areas they shop at, etc

I have enjoyed it living at park house Southfield. The building is kept very clean and my apartment is cleaned once a week. Activities are provided most days that keep residents entertained and in good physical health. The only problem I have had is with some of the meals. I would like a survey taken or some other method of residents giving feedback on the meals. Perhaps a box could be placed in the dining room along with papers to write comments about a meal.

When we first got there, price wasn't clear and communication wasn't great. I think they should have staff meetings to keep everyone on the same page. Maybe even a billboard to communicate important information. For example, they said we could get cable for dad and that any provider was ok. I did that and then found out it wasn't an option, with two different companies. I will say, it is starting to get better, but still unorganized. No one has been there to clean his apartment, I did it. However, they do wash his laundry for him. I'm so glad I got him in there, but wish they were more organized. Meals are ok, dinner is better. They do offer seconds, which is nice. My dad isn't very active, but I do know they offer a lot of activities. I have recommended the facility to others. Overall, he really loves it there. Again, I just wish they would be more organized with the staff and with communication to the families.

We had a good tour experience at Morraine Ridge. It just wasn’t a fit for my loved ones. For them, the decision came down to the size of the available rooms as well as location.
