My loved one is currently a resident at Fellowship Square Phoenix and overall things have been good. The food is usually good quantity, but there isn't a lot of variety and the dining hours are short. My loved one's apartment is very clean. The staff is very good and most everyone is nice at this facility. There are no evening activities after 5pm.

What Needs improvement. at the Fellowship Square Brown and Center community is.... They talk about residential check in as a daily check in safety feature but don't verify resident is OK if they fail to check in.

My loved one is currently a resident at Fellowship Square Brown and Center Independent Living and everything has been very good to great for her at this facility. I'm not sure about the housekeeping yet, my loved one has not yet accepted a cleaning. This is an excellent facility for those people that need a little extra help. They do a very good job here. I would recommend Fellowship Square Brown and Center Independent Living to others!

I am currently a resident at Fellowship Square Brown and Center Independent Living and this facility is a great place. The front office staff are very friendly and helpful to all that come in. Housekeeping, well they are consistent, but they only clean the minimal, since I always have my house clean and in order, but they do clean the floors, vacuum, clean the kitchen, stove thoroughly. They are very friendly and if you need anything else done they kindly do it. The move-in coordinator was very helpful and thorough in guidance towards a good transition. They even let me have my furniture movers drop off my furniture one day in advance. They also offered me a guest apartment if I was unable to move in. They constantly have employees, security people, maintenance, housekeepers on the premises, they help everyone who asks. Very friendly people. As for the meals, they have a fantastic menu. So many things to choose from. The meals are delicious and healthy. The servers are excellent. You are always seated with someone so that you can meet and everything. Transportation to doctors and shopping is done weekly. They have special trips to other fun things to do every month and they have a monthly schedule for all of the activities for the month. So many activities and people to meet. I would highly recommend Fellowship Square to others!

The experience depends on your age and where you're coming from. Moving into senior living is a big adjustment for anyone, but the key thing is you have to stay active. My apartment is ideal for me - it's close by to things I need within the facility. And I have a very large patio area with a closet for storage.

Our family had an in person tour with Fellowship Square and we met in the independent living building which was so very nice. However when we walked across the street to the assisted living building, it was very stark and not very welcoming. The apartment was decent, and the staff was super nice but it just seemed a bit drab and depressing.
We chose Fellowship Square because of a combination of all of the above ratings and the environment felt homier. The grounds are nice and green and it was just a more positive, uplifting environment. The apartments are bigger and have a much better layout than some other places that we looked into. They do have some that have washers and dryers and some that do not. For those that do not, there is a communal laundry room. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others looking.

I wanted my loved one to be in an enclosed area and in a nice environment and neighborhood and I just did not get that feeling at this community. The tour was good and they gave me all of the information that I needed for my loved one it was just not the right place for me loved ones needs.
We chose Fellowship Square Phoenix because of the friendliness, when we walked on the campus everyone was going out of their way saying hi and waving at us. They also offer subsidized housing and have a continuum of care which was a big plus for down the road. We love the apartment and the size is great. I feel that they are very caring and really took their time to explain things to us and really walked us through everything, I did not feel like they were pressuring us and I did not feel bad asking questions. They were super transparent through the whole process. The location is out where there is not a whole lot of stores so you have to have a car or use their transportation to get to things.

The tour was very nice and the people were friendly, it was just too big and I would have been put on a waiting list for an apartment so I went with another facility.

We toured Fellowship Square Phoenix and it was an extremely nice facility, there is nothing negative to say about it. It was just much more expensive than what we were looking for.
We are very happy here. There are some concerns about maintenance, and things they promised that are being done. Sometimes you have to wait up to a week for maintenance to fix items. However, they are short staffed. There are three pools on premises, and there is at least one pool that isn't heated. For the price I don't think you could find a better place.

There seems to be no comoradie here, and that maybe that is due to COVID. One staff member was short and not considerate when I had questions.

We chose Fellowship Square Brown and Center because I thought it fit our needs at that time. As a place for someone to live on their own they do have a lot of services, activities, etc. He was only here a few months but all of the staff members here were very friendly. I would recommend.

For the most part the staff members that are there, they are very caring and friendly. When it came to the activities we thought they were good and offered a good amount for the residents. We know what they do is hard work, so we are very grateful for the care they showed our loved one.

It is the best bang for the buck and I did my research. I like that they offered three meals a day ,the food was good, and not too institutional. They picked up the trash outside of your door twice a week. You could do your own laundry but they offered pick up and wash service for a nominal fee. My apartment was nice and more than I needed, lots of space and storage. There was no microwave included in the apartment. I chose this community because it looked the cleanest, I liked the pool areas, and there were multiple elevators that were always in good operating condition. I would recommend this community.
