Everything from start to move in was a breeze at Fellowship Square. My twin sister and her husband were not happy where they were living and needed to move. The staff were all so kind and courteous and very knowledgeable. We set up a tour and they're was no looking back. Fellowship Square was able to get them what they needed at a price they could afford. The dining room and menu are exceptional. I need to go have lunch there sometime. The place is VERY clean throughout (no weird smells). The Community Room is cleaning with lots of books, puzzles and games and they play Bingo they're three times a week! The landscaping is well kept...beautiful in the spring with all the flowers. And the people there are all so nice! My sister and he husband have a larger, nicer, cleaner place to live with awesome staff for less money. That's a WIN!

Mom has felt so free and welcomed since she moved in. Her family notice that she is SO HAPPY (which eases our mind, some of us not being in close proximity to her)! Even her guests notice how friendly everyone is! She is not thrilled about the food. There are some things she likes better than others, but she loves to cook, so when there is a meal being served that she doesn't care for, she just makes her own in her apartment. She really enjoys having a full time chaplain on site and attending church and Bible study. She has also gotten involved with the quilting/crochet group and enjoys that a lot. Overall the move to Fellowship Square has been a godsend, giving her the independence she craved with the peace of mind that if she needs help, it is readily available!

I recently got my phone number added to receive their text updates, which has been helpful since my mom doesn't have a cell phone. I think it might be new since she moved in because it was not mentioned to me before. I was dining there with my mom and the Director introduced herself to us and added my number for text updates. They closed down the dining room closest to my mom's building, which is somewhat inconvenient but it does force her to walk farther which is good exercise. The food is not great in my opinion, but I'm happy she can get a well balanced meal every day. I would recommend this facility. The staff is very friendly and helpful, my mom had a lot of nice residents welcome her there and it's affordable for her limited income.

My father has been very happy with his experience so far. The size and cleanliness of the apartment, the services offered, staff and residents have all been great. He has enjoyed the meals in the dining. I think the only negative thing we experienced was around the Cox cable set up when he first moved in. Everything else has been great.

If one is Christian there is a support for that. If one is not, it isn't rubbed in your face. The office staff are friendly and helpful. The maintenance and cafeteria are under-staffed, but doing their best. The results are wonderful, though.

When it comes to the cleanliness of the community it does have older structures, harder to keep clean, but teams always working on cleaning. Staff members are always willing to help. Have not needed individual care from the company. We like the meal plan; good variety in menu, & they change every week. nice variety of activities, plus community rooms open for small groups. Nicest for the price.

We chose Fellowship Square because I really liked the place from the moment we walked in, I got a great feeling. Super friendly and helpful staff. The location is also very close for me which is nice. It is a very nice place and you can tell as soon as you walk in. The apartment sizes are good, they aren't the biggest ones I saw but definitely not the smallest either. They are about average and very nice. My mom and dad feel like they are living at a spa, it has been a very positive experience.

I do not have much experience, but this community I will say is very clean and the staff members are just excellent. It is very Christian forward when it comes to religious so the staff will always greet you nicely and say God Bless you, etc. There are so many activities here that look very exciting, I am still adjusting but I hope to get involved here soon. The value for the money is very good and I would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

The only thing my loved one has had an issue with is them not letting her know about her food service. It's important to note that she has minor lapses in memory, so that's of no fault to the community. I've only had to call them once because my loved one hadn't checked in yet for that day. I assumed that they would call me since she hadn't done her daily check in. When I did call they said they'd send someone to go check in on her and they did. She was okay. They seem to be doing pretty good. My loved one is very meticulous about maintaining a clean space, but they provide housekeeping if she wants it. They also provide transportation and they let them know when that transportation is available. When I visit I see the transportation schedule and the food menu for the week posted up. The place is very well kept. I don't know how communication is between my loved one and the staff, but when I visit I ask how they're doing and she says good. The property manager said he'd do some things for her, which haven't been done yet, but that may just may be a matter of getting access to her apartment. Other than that, things seem to be working out really good for her there.

The staff is like family. They are wonderful - from management, to housekeeping, to maintenance, to the kitchen staff and servers. Everybody acts like we belong to them. The food could use little bit of help. If you have serious food issues, then you have to work your way around things. But they're trying to do the best they can. And we have a resident food committee that meets with and gives feedback to the chef and the person who runs the dining room. Things are improving. Part of that has to do with supply and demand challenges, and they really do the best they can under the circumstances. Recently, meals have become much improved, especially with a lot more fresh fruits and vegetables. It's just a very friendly and open place. When we toured and walked around with [name removed], who is amazing, she introduced us to people and they smiled and welcomed us and told us "You really want to live here!" And they were right. It's all different age groups here. Some of the most amazing people and most fun to be with are people in their 90s on walkers. So as someone without any of those restrictions just yet, I've learned not to judge a book by its cover. There are a lot of hidden gems here to get to know. And I'm very happy I'm here. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. There's a coy pond that my balcony overlooks, and they're out there maintaining things every day. Security is also important to them. Recently, after 10pm, anybody coming in has to go through the guard tower, and that will eventually will be 24 hours a day. They take very good care of us here.
