My parents are both very happy there. It's comfortable. The people there are supportive of them. And it's clean and very well taken care of.

Very impressed by Chapel Hill Commons. Mom completed an application and was put on the waiting list. We are still looking, but hoping they will call with an opening. Thank you!

We like this facility and would highly recommend them to other families. They are nicely appointed and affordable. The property managers have been good to work with and maintenance issues have been taken care of quickly. There are income restrictions so you'd have to check with Fairway or the property on their guideline. However, the rent doesn't include utilities. The property has a library, fitness room, and a community room on site. This is a completely independent living facility and they do not offer any food services

Foxwood Senior Village is a great place to live for Seniors in the Washington Area. It is close to downtown where there are lots of historic museums and shops to keep me entertained throughout the day. I love being in a historic town and I feel very safe and secure knowing that the sheriff patrols the community on a daily basis. Also the Property Manager is very friendly and great with her residents.

My mom has lived at Gentry Estates for a few years and she really loves it. The apartment is lovely and the on-site manager, Dawn, does a great job of taking care of the property. The public areas are clean and nicely decorated. The shuttle service is great. The courtyard is particularly enjoyable. Parties are fun and inclusive. Overall, we have been really pleased with Gentry Estates as a home for mom. It is convenient and comfortable. I would quickly recommend it to any senior who needs affordable housing and wants to make friends.

They've had 3 managers since mom arrived but all seems to be going much better now. The place is very nice, has a wonderful community room and the apartments are nice. Residents are all very friendly and help each other. Their shuttle has been out of commission but they are to have a new shuttle the 1st day of February. We chose this place as mom has limited income and that's worked out well for us. She really likes living there.

It's clean, everything works, nice aesthetics, and the neighbors are friendly. I can sit quietly on my porch and not be disturbed. I picked this community because, most importantly it was clean. It was quiet, I felt when I visited the location I could make it a home.

One complaint is that they are pretty hard to get a hold of. Overall I would recommend Gentry Estates to others looking for senior living.

I didn't get the apartment I had reserved, (with a doctors letter) taking out the garbage, in a wheelchair is difficult, and not having counters etc at wheelchair level is a pain!

Bethel Ridge is a nice place to live a person. Feels safe there. The only thing bad about it is they keep raising rent it’s getting to the point where you can’t hardly afford to live here , they offer no amenities and the only thing that is paid is the trash. Otherwise everything is left up to the renter to pay. first, when I first moved in we had an absolute doll for a manager, and said to say she left.

My father lived at Gentry estate. Some other things to be aware of are. Charge $50.00 for an extra key. A very clickich crowd. Some residents are downright mean to others. The regional manager. Becky is a real B word If you don't fit in the perfect tenant they will find a way to make to leave. They will call the hotline and make up things about you.

I can only rate on the staff and not returning phone calls. They are never in the office and don't return messages. I'm not sure how or who runs this complex but they need to do better.

Do not move here. The maintenance is nonexistent and the management is incompetent. It takes an act of =Congress to get any thing fixed. There are 5 apartment s whose air has been out anyEwhere from two to six more months. The elevator doesn't work half the time. The management is only interested in making money. They don't give a [removed] about the Tennant. The place is just three years old and I have had more maintenance problems here than anywhere I've lived even more than places that were 40 0r 50 years old. In the three years I've live here to have calculated that there has been a 72% turnover. Some units are on their 3rd occupant in just 3 years. Several who have moved from older similar complexes in Athens moved back to the old places after a year. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
