Our experience has been extremely positive with great support from all staff. From inquiries to moving our parent into the facility, we have been very pleased with Autumn Green at Wright Campus. Both the facility and staff have been the correct and best fit for our family transition. The team is awesome and very professional. Great Experience!

I like this facility, the staff is amazing! The staff is friendly and very efficient I find that they go above and beyond for the residents. The rooms are a nice size and the kitchen has a lot of cabinet space. My mother is very happy there.

When it comes to the care services we still need some time to know better though. The friendly staff, how they called to say how my dad was settling in, were understanding of his idiosyncrasies. The grounds and rooms, including activity rooms are nice. The residents seem polite, even if I haven't learned yet how friendly. The systems, like having medical service available, seem good.

Upon arriving at the Moraine Court Supportive Living Community, I was Greeted & Welcomed by the Staff with a lot of Enthusiasm, and was made Welcome, like a Family Member. I am being treated with Kindness and Respect by what is clearly a Quality, Well-Trained and Dedicated Staff, who truly Encompass and Practice on a Daily Basis, what I call and have been taught to me at an early age by my beloved parents. “C.E.R.S,” which stands for Compassion, Empathy, Respect, and Sensitivity-Sympathy! The Staff has truly Met and Exceeded all of my Expectations and then Some! I want the Staff to know that you are a Credit to your Profession, and You Should be very “Proud of Who You are and What You Do”! You have all become a True Extended Family to Me. Went here a few days ago to visit my Great Aunt and the staff was very nice and welcoming. My Aunt is very happy with her living situation that it gives the family a peace of mind knowing she happy an comfortable

Great and friendly staff, terrific environment . Met personally with the activities director, very lovely, professional, informative woman. She took the time to answer any and all of my questions and even had some great suggestions to help aid me .

We have had a great experience with the staff. There have been a few things that have broken, like a faucet leak and an air conditioner not working. They were awesome! We never waited more than a couple days for a repair. The apartment is roomy, 2 bedrooms and it is very clean and cheerful, big window in the living room. Our brother has told us that he is happy there. [name removed] is the best! She loves what she does and you can tell. We are transitioning our brother into assisted living because he needs more care. Aria is helping us figure that out and the cost difference. They are just all about the residents. We have asked other residents how they like it there, when we encounter them in the halls, and we always get a very positive answer.

I would rate all at five. I am very pleased with autumn green. Staff, is friendly, knowledgeable, clean and they care about their seniors. The one bedroom apartment is very nice and clean with nice views. You can see the planes arriving and taking off from Midway Airport.

My aunt is really liking the place. Autumn Green is a friendly atmosphere and everyone is willing to help. Availability of doctors is really good and we would recommend this community to other based on the experience we have had so far

I would say it's a great environment with an attentive staff, fun activities, friendly residents and a good location.

I have a loved one in this community that tells me they never want to leave because it is their home. This coming from someone that was adamant on not moving to an assisted living. The facility worked with my loved one's finances and when the time came to transition to Medicaid, the facility let her stay in her room and it was a seamless transition. I hear horror stories all the time on these other facilities kicking residents to the curb once they take all their money. The staff is wonderful and caring. The food is excellent. The activities are fun for all. I'm pleased overall with the care provided.

She loves it there. Most of the Staff is extremely attentive and friendly. With a just few forgetting they are dealing with seniors. Usually they are dealt with quickly. Per her she just avoids them. She likes the activities and the bus driver. The place always smells good and the building and area around it always clean. The administration is top notch The food is good she does some cooking for herself But that's her place Now She's happy.

I give everything a 5 but especailly the friendliness of the staff, the quality of care, and value for cost. What I like the most about the Autumn Green community is the family atmosphere of both the staff and others residents

We've been pretty pleased with the staff and services provided at Autumn Green Midway Village community. Mom is receiving good care there. A very good community of residents.

Great modern design and huge windows - cheerful staff and team. Great community feel in the best of Chicago. The outdoor excursions are often and fun. The living spaces are many and they have a great rooftop terrace. Also, it’s within a block of a French bakery and a few minutes drive from major grocery stores and chains like Target.

The facility is affordable and very clean. They make you feel like family. I would recommend Cedarhurst of Quincy to others looking for memory care.

Staff is and continues to be very exceptional! Housekeeping mirrors a Hilton Hotel stay. Communication with this facility is extraordinary. They keep us informed and answer all questions. The move in process was seamless. Meals are of a fine quality, and staff is flexible with special requests. Pricing is very competitive compared to other facilities in the area. Plus, location and services outside the facility are great. Every question was answered with full satisfaction. We viewed several facilities; Autumn Green came in number one. We strongly recommend Autumn Green.

I would give the staff a 5. Great girls, helpful, friendly loved them. Cleanliness I would give a 3 though it could have been better. However, I'm fussy. My dad couldn't do activities so I have no rate on that. Overall, I would recommend Ellens Home. The comment I want to give is I hope the CNA' S are paid well, meaning enough to raise a family. Also, they should get benefits if they don't. These girls are what matters to us as family members for our loved ones.

We really can't say enough positive things about Autumn Green! We feel lucky to have found such a great spot for my brother in law. He left his house in Oak Lawn and his sister is in Burbank. We never thought that we would be able to have him this close to us and to his doctors. He is a very fussy eater and he loves the food! We have had a good experience with communication and the move in process was easy and quick. They were very accommodating. According to my brother in law, the housekeeping is good and friendly. We have found that all of the staff is friendly and always willing to help. They have gotten our loved one PT and he is beginning to get stronger. Right now, he needs extra care, getting in and out of bed and changing him and [Name removed] was great about getting us in touch with the Care Director and setting up a schedule. When we encounter any residents in the hallway or in the elevator, they are all so happy to live there. That is a true test of the facility. Happy residents. The price per month is almost half of the next choice that we had. We would highly recommend Autumn Green to others! They hit a home run with us.

My loved one is currently a resident at Cedarhurst of Centralia and everything has been great for him so far at this facility. The staff is very caring. The facility is small scale with a good staff to resident ratio. The atmosphere is very friendly and family like. I would recommend Cedarhurst of Centralia to others!
