We chose Summit by Morrison because it was convenient to shopping and other services. The apartment sizes are unbelievable, my father has a 1 bedroom and has a full kitchen with his own patio. The food is chef prepared and you get to order off a menu like a restaurant. You get variety for every single meal. They give my dad a call every day to make sure he is ok even though he is in independent living and he loves that. I would recommend to others looking without a doubt.

The staff are quick to respond to questions or concerns and they are responsive within 24 hours. [name removed] is good with checking in on the family every so often to make sure things are going well. My loved one enjoys the meals. They tend to change the menu so it is not the same thing served everyday. The monthly fee covers linen changes, laundry service, room, all three meals and light housekeeping as well. The community is able to assist my loved one with medication management, and more is offered, if needed. There are a lot of activities including bus tours the residents can participate in.
Read moreThe physical plant is inviting. No two rooms are alike and they are well kept and up to date. All of the workers (aides, nurses and other staff) are very professional and seem to care deeply for the residents. They are ready to handle any situation as it arises. The whole place is "home-y", very clean and quiet. There is an enormous backyard that residents can use in good weather to just enjoy the sun or garden. The food is served in a nice dining room with coffee available ad lib. Many levels of care are available. I feel that my mother is very safe there and well taken care of.
