We couldn't be more grateful to have our mom in the loving and capable hands of the Youville community. The Memory Care Unit there is top-notch. To this day, given all the challenges with her Alzheimer's, we feel it is one of the best decisions that we have made. The place is clean, thoughtfully designed, and well managed. The staff is also excellent. They care for my mom's every need and keep her mind stimulated. We couldn't be more grateful for the Youville Courtyard and all they do each day to keep her happy and safe!
Very good staff for the most part. It is a good environment with a lot of bright people. The community is quite clean and have housekeepers on each floor. The staff is very friendly and knew my name immediately. The activities are good and they offer good off-community trips and normal on-site games and such. The value is probably on par with others here at Cadbury Commons. The community is very well run.
I have been here [time frame removed]. I have an apartment and go to the dining room for meals. The food is very good. I go to the fitness room. At [time and days of the week removed] to ride then step bike for 30 minutes and go a mile.
