Review ofBrookdale Liverpool

From the moment I first walked into Brookdale, they put me at ease. I spoke to the head of sales, [name removed], and the administrator, [name removed]. They both really wanted to be sure I was happy and that I was comfortable that my father would be well taken care of. They couldn't have done more. Maintenance is so helpful. If you need something done, they might not be able to get to it right then, but they'll definitely come back to you. The staff are outstanding. The food looks good, is well presented, and is tailored to their clientele. I don't have anything negative to say. It's one of the best facilities I've ever been in.

The moment I moved in I fell in love with the staff here. They have been helpful from the start. I pulled up with my son and his truck full of my stuff. A couple of nice gentlemen helped my family unload the truck and bring my stuff to my new room. This nice young lady gave me a tour of the facility. The nurses met with me on that first day just to introduce themselves and answer any of my questions. The kitchen staff is always so sweet and the food is good. A nice girl comes and helps me clean and do laundry. They have helped me with my cell phone and my insurance. I really appreciate them.

I was reluctant to move to assisted living. I have always lived on my own. My family and doctor we're very persistent that I needed the extra help. I have to say, as much as I hate to admit it, they were right. The staff here have been so sweet and helpful. It's like have 5 grandchildren around at any given time. I have a bad knee that I have always struggled through. With all the help I have to strain so much less and my knee feels better than it has in years. Don't be stubborn like I was, accept the help and you'll see a big change in your life.
