The renovations done in 2023 resulted in a very attractive lobby and fresh looking community spaces. \nWould like to see Willow Grove increase resident count, closer to full capacity. That would hopefully increase their operating budget, allowing them to staff up more, provide more activities, and importantly could offer better transportation services. The community bus driver is terrific, but hours are very limited. Would like to see bus transportation offered 8 am to 4 pm on weekdays and perhaps 1/2 days on Saturday/ Sunday. \nThe staff at Willow Grove are very professional and try to be helpful. They do watch out for the residents.\n Right now. the kitchen that prepares meals for residents seems understaffed. The menu is very limited. The evening dinner meal is often very sparse. His apartment also comes with a small kitchenette. The community allows pets, and they also provide transportation to appointments and stores. \nSome of their activities include things like bingo and outside entertainment.
