My aunt was under hospice care when she was at whitehall manor she was only there for one week before she passed away all staff were wonderful and caring not only to my aunt but also to her family

Horribly unsafe and questionable! The owner called and told me if I didn’t pick my mom up immediately she would be placed on the curb. When I Finns her in a common room on the floor, she was half naked, covered in bruises, and her pants were soiled. I requested copies of her records, as per power of attorney they should have let me view them but staff refused. Please do not send your loved ones here!

The care, comfort, and happiness of our residents is our first priority. We take pride in providing the best in Senior Living services to our residents and their families.
All interactions were wonderful with the community. Due to the pandemic restrictions, I was unable to see my loved one in person. The staff were receptive to me calling and checking on my loved one.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
